The big draw for me was the push bottom cells. These make taking these out for transplant so much easier than how i was doing it before i dont think ill ever go back to normal ones again. The second thing was the built in LEDs in the domes along with how tall they are. So much room for your seedlings to grow and reach right up to that light. 5 trays lets you start a lot of different plants at once, which is super nice when you want to start a bunch of stuff at the same time. The plastic piece you turn to control the humidity is a little loose, get your cables comfy and not moving and then turn them how you want or else they'll spin pretty easy. The bottoms the cells go in to is very sturdy and can withstand a heated grow mat. The tiny tools included i thought id never touch but i actually use them all the time, theyre actually really useful. The gloves and plant tags are a nice touch as well.

The media could not be loaded. For the price these are actually pretty decent. My only complaint is the little controller seems cheap and you can barely see the light that indicates what function you are using. That is the only reason I gave it 4 Stars instead of 5. Pro’s: - easy to assemble - lids fit well on base and stay put for the most part - lights are able to be adjusted to different spectrums and have a 4/8/12 hour timer - cord is long and connects together so there is onky One plug - lights snap into the lid easily and stay in place - The lids have a vent that can be adjusted from closed to fully open Con’s: - the controller seems cheap. When you click the button to choose the function it is back lit with a color and you can barely see it to determine what function you are choosing. Overall I would recommend because the price is right and they are exactly what I needed.

I am a fan of this product! I did a lot of research and comparing to other products on Amazon and I'm gald i chose this. The 12 cells per tray is perfect since it lets me organize what i grow in each and fill amount of water as needed per seedling type. Trays hold up well and don't rip, unlikely the cardboard seedling starters, and the pop bottoms make plants easy to remove with little to no damage to roots. Domes and lighting help a lot at night or when the day was mostly overcast, it helps strengthen the seelings rather than becoming leggy. The only thing i wish is that the cords to the micro usb that connects to the grow lights are a tad bit longer because the current length makes it a pain to connect all at once without knocking over or pulling on domes already connected to the light that it moves it and slightly injuries the seedling. Nothing that a litte slow, careful movements and a strategic placement of the trays can help avoid. I was also able to create a way to utilize the lights in my little green house shelf to work for the other plants. Would recommend this to starting gardeners to have a great experience and hopefully continue with the hobby.

Nice little tray units and high domes, but lighting control has a faulty timer that wants to go on in the middle of the night, instead of just the 8 hours I set it for during the day.
