I love this little fan. I bought it for our first cruise because I need a fan to sleep and it would not take up an electric outlet. We were on an older ship and only had 2 outlets for everything, so I did not want a plug-in fan. This little fan takes quite a while to charge, but it also lasts all night even on higher speeds. There is a light feature that I have not used much. It is bright, but I don't know how much it would affect battery life. The fan is not terribly loud which is a little disappointing for me because I like the white noise, but if you don't like a loud fan it is great. I sometimes use it while watching TV at home and it does not annoy me with noise like my other fans. There are little light indicators to let you know how much battery life is left and even a little remote so if you decide to hang it up or place it away from your bed at night, you don't have to get up to control it. We found it works great on a cruise because with the battery life it would run all night then we could charge it during the day while we were out having fun and it would be ready for bedtime. Amazing for camping. I used it for the first time this past weekend. Ran it on the highest setting for about 10 hours and simultaneously ran the light on the highest setting for about 2 out of those 10 hours and the battery still had 75% life left. It does take a bit to charge up fully but totally worth it for the battery life you get out of it. Super light weight and portable. Easily hung from the top of my tent. I bought this item to take camping and it worked great. I hung it on one of the hooks in the tent and I had it on the 3rd highest power for about 6 hours and it still had quite a bit of battery left. I would say that aspect would set it apart from other fans I have bought in the past.

Not the sturdiest, probably wont last long. It came half charged, and took over 9 hours to charge to full battery. But it did run from 9pm to 6am on level 3 fan, so it done what I needed it to. Worth the $ spent.
