Ordered a pair of these pants for a long train trip (8 days, 7 nights), intending to sleep in them instead of regular pants. Just got them and tried them on: they're perfect! They have a very loose fit through the seat and upper legs, the waist is very loose as well, and the legs are quite a bit longer than regular daywear. All qualities I was looking for, for a pair of quasi-pajama bottoms that are suitable for public travel. I am short and chunky, so I ordered a 3x. The fit around my tummy is just right, plus the crotch doesn't sag, something a lot of larger sizes do on my body shape. I usually prefer the waist to have a good elastic grip, which these pants don't (as other reviewers have commented), but upon reflection, that's a good thing when trying to sleep in regular clothing. You don't want tightness around your waist (or at least I don't, which is why I'm a nightgown type of person). And the longer leg length means they don't ride up as much, exposing your ankles/lower legs to coldness or drafts. The material is very lightweight and fairly thin, but surprisingly, the pants feel pretty warm. Again, perfect for long distance travel, but wouldn't want to necessarily wear them outside and expect to stay warm in cold temps. I haven't washed this pair yet, so can't comment on how it holds up in the laundry, like pilling etc. As far as I can see, the seams all seem to be well-sewn, but reserving judgment till after the first few washings. All in all, I liked the first pair so much that I've already ordered another pair to take on this same train trip! Will update review if there's anything to add after the trip.

We have reached a knowledge point in history that elastic can be make to hold and stretch without getting to tight. The elastic in these sweats are the same as they were in the 80s... They need to upgrade their elastic. And the material is getting thinner but not stronger, so it wears out quicker. BUT I keep buying these. One thing that is really nice is the design is for a man with room in the front and crotch. I just have to tie the draw strings, but once again the draw string could be replaced by a wide elastic band; no need for a draw string.

This is an unboxing review, but these sweatpants arrived in a Fruit of the Loom plastic bag. That's OK, as they were unopened, brand new, undamaged, and odorless. I like my sweatpants baggy. I'm 5'8' and 175 lbs, and ordered size XL in Black Heather. Black Heather is more like dark grey heather. The fabric is lightweight, and is perfect for warm days but not for winter. That's fine with me, as I already have thick sweatpants. The fabric is soft and comfortable, with the same color fleece inside and twill outside. Workmanship was excellent, with both legs the same length. There were no missed stitches and no holes or uneven, raggy stiches. There were a few "loose ends" on the inside where the thread was cut after completion. The cinched cuffs don't fit tightly around my ankles and air can get in, but they keep the bottoms off the ground. The elastic waistband has an inner front drawstring that is a big loop in the front and is separately sewn on each side of the back. That makes the drawstring separately adjustable from both right or left sides. You can tie a shoelace knot in the front to keep the drawstring tight. Overall, these inexpensive sweatpants are a real bargain IF they hold up. My only negative point is the care tag - it's too small to be read by the naked human eye, so I attached a photo that you can enlarge. I still give these sweatpants 5 Stars. Stay tuned for how they hold up.

These are so comfortable the fabric is great and the fit is even better. They are so comfortable and do not shrink in the dryer. The pockets are big which is nice I can throw my chapstick phone and keys in there and still have room. They are very cute I would definitely recommend
