The red Mirasing had a dying or dead battery already in the battery compartment. I put a fresh battery in. Could not get it to work. As for the blue Mirasing, the battery cover was detached from the device. I put it back together and put in a new battery, and it works. But I will never buy from Mirasing again. Last night I had to order RL hearing devices to make up for the bad order from Mirasing. ... show more
