I had a couple of issues with these. They would not stay in my ear; kept popping out. The other problem was the very high ear-shattering whistling when I tried putting them in my ear. I tried turning the power off but it didn't help. When they did stay in my ear (for about 5 minutes), the sound was pretty clear. These fit great and are light and comfortable. They have good sound and the noise cancelation is good. I had some difficulty with pairing them but after they explained that I needed to pair H001 as well as H001-L and H001-R it all worked very well.

Got it, charged it, put them in and worked ok at first. Tried to down load app for android phone, took forever, once I got it nothing was in English except for download button, pressed it and message came up that downloading this app could damage device. So much for that, worked good on IOS device. Got them setup and batteries lasted 4hrs. Have owned them 9 days and left ear piece quit working. Think they were returned because case had a charge in it and tape on charge tabs were gone. Not worth wasting your money on, and with 4hr batteries your always charging them. ... show more

I use hearing aids. Bought this PSAP to help while they were in for service. These really helped increase the volume and can asjust to match my hearing needs. Battery life is poor. Fit also was not good for me. I need smaller tip. There is often feedback at high volume. Very little echo. Very little body sound. Good price point.     • There is no Android app.
They are not noise canceling. The sound is very tinny. Any sound over 400 hz has a high pitch echo. There is no app for these on the Play store, the link and QR code included do not work.

    • Hearing aids don't hold a charge the hours the manufacturer said it would.
I like and dislike the product. The reason I dislike the product is because the product hearing aids won't hold a charge for the hours the manufacturer said the hearing aids would. After about 2 to 3 hours I'm charging the hearing aids. The charge should last for the whole day or even more, not 2 to 3 hours. Other than that when the hearing aids are actually holding a charged they work just fine. ... show more
