This particular weight bench is so awesome! It comes 90% assembled, is very easy to adjust to numerous angles, so you can bench, incline bench, decline bench and many others as well! It also has a leg extension/curl bar. It only weighs 28 pounds but can hold almost half a ton of weight! It is simple to store and folds to a very small footprint. I absolutely love it and give it a RAVING recommendation!

This is a nicely built and thought out bench. I like the head extension on it however it was still a bit small for me at 6'3". The bench is very adjustable in both the angle of the back and also the angle of the seat which was great so you don't feel like you're sliding down the chair if your trying to lift a bit heavier. I do like that you can lock your feet in as well with the included foot spot. My only negatives would be adjusting the angle of the seat and back requires using a threaded insert vs something a bit more easy. The seat proved to be a bit more difficult to get it aligned and also get the threads started. The back it a bit easier but would have been nice to see just a pin or something a bit easier to adjust it. I do think it lends to it being a bit more stable and sturdy though but not sure it's worth the trade off for me.

High quality weight bench. It looks and feels sturdy, was easy to assemble, and I have no complaints. I like the ease with which the back will adjust and how I feel safe when using it the entire time. Overall, it's a great product and I would highly recommend it.
