I like it. The bench is completely assembled out of the box and as a folding, tilting bench it has a lot of moving parts. The color is a grayish wrinkle paint and the cushions are black with colored trim. The bench comes with 4 rubber resistance bands all the same I think. I purchased this workout bench very recently, October 2023. I am supposed to get the 2023 upgraded model. It came well packaged and pre-assembled. It has some misalignments but acceptable. However, a number of key features about the bench I am looking for are not as described. False item description. The backrest is supposed to allow one declined setting but it ends at flat setting and then none. The support feet are supposed to 13.4 inches wide that I want for sturdiness but it is 12 inches like the old/other models. The seats are supposed to be 13 inches wide that I preferred but it is 12 inches. Measure the bench you received, and you will know what I mean. The ankle/leg rest fixture mechanism is also not matching as shown. I am not sure if the 2023 upgrades are really done. False item description. ... show more

Very easy to assemble, though were not easy to read. Came with some dirt on the seat but wiped off quickly.Had to just go with it. Very easy to adjust the seating while working out.
