    • Full hamstring curls and good for tall people
I bought this specifically because of the full hamstring curls without restriction. Other benches limit the ability to go past 90 degrees, but this one you have full range of motion. Meaning I can touch my heels to my butt if I chose to. My ligaments hurt stopping at 90 degrees during hamstring curls, so this allows to go as far as necessary (for me it's about 100-110 degrees) for them to not be strained during the midpoint phase. You can also work abductor muscles while in a standing position. It's also very sturdy and you can do a reverse lower back extension. The only downside is the interior is wood, but that's to be expected when you're buying something that's for personal use and at this price point. The only thing to note is if you're shorter than 5'8, it's a bit high. My feet comfortably touch the floor, but any shorter and I'd be a little strained. This is a good product for tall people and that's rare to come by at this price. Tall people don't have double the money for a slightly bigger bench just because they're tall, so this is a great find. ... show more

    • I have had this piece of equipment for a month or so and I love it for the most part so far
It's tough sometimes to fully trust all the reviews on here of products, especially since some companies have people go in and do high reviews. I feel my review history is varied enough to where you can tell I'm not one of those people. I have had this piece of equipment for a month or so and I love it for the most part so far. Assembly is relatively easy, except the lugnuts are plumbers ones so you have to use 2 wrenches, one to hold one to tighten, to get it fully secured. The bench is great and feels very stable inclined at different positions, and this is from someone who bought a rogue bench for his regular bench. The rack is great too, and it is secure even when standing on rug, though a harder surface is better. The leg curl works well for forward and reverse. The swing mechanism in the middle can sometimes be a bit obstructive but that is typical for those. Great value for this given the price and just how many different lifts you can do. The insert that comes with it tells you the basic ones you can do, but I recommend looking online to see what exercises you can do with this because there are more than just the 5 or so basic ones listed in the insert. Stable, secure, I haven't felt a worrisome wobble when lifting yet. One thing to be cautious of, though, is if you have weights on for the leg curl it will get top heavy on that side so you have to be careful if you want to move/re-adjust it when those weights are on. I'm almost 6 feet tall and the rack works great for me for bench press and squat rack. So far I am glad I bought this. ... show more
