These pots and pans are well made, and have even heating. Easy to clean with barkeeper's friend. Don't leave liquid or food standing in them. Just like the MadeIn brand, wash and dry immediately after use to avoid stains.

I had a large set of heavy Calphalon pots and pans but I just couldn’t handle the weight of the pots once they had food in them. I also was weary of cooking with teflon pans any longer. I have purchased other household items from Martha Stewart’s brand and everything has always been great quality and these pots and pans did not disappoint!! They are beautiful and much easier to cook with. I have seen the complaints on here of food sticking and burning. When you cook with stainless steel you don’t need to use high heat. I have not had any problems with sticking and I hand wash them to keep them shiny and bright. ... show more

These are literally the best pans that I have ever owned. So, they are steel, you have to actually stir your food to keep it from sticking,. There is no teflon, which I am happy about. They heat very evenly and better than any pans I have ever had. I use a hotplate most of the time rather than a stove and these still get up to a nice rolling boil with little problem. I have actually had to start lowering my temperature setting when cooking in the smaller pans so that they don't boil right over. If I so happen to lose track of time working on projects and burn my food, which is known to happen, I just soak them for a couple hours and everything washes right off without marring or staining. I love these things! I have destroyed and stripped many o' pan in my life and I think these might outlast me. :) ... show more

Cooking with these pans is fine. They added to the range of sizes of pans that I have. The problem is cleaning them. I have ordered SOS Pads from Amazon to clean them with. I've tried everything from the Pink Stuff to plain steel wool. It's not a deal breaker, but had I known I would have looked for something else. ... show more

I wanted stainless because of less toxins and hormone disruptions. This set was a great price for Black Friday. I have not gotten the hang of cooking in stainless but for a starter set these are great. They go in the dishwasher. Bought pan in October and use it for frying eggs. Like many people, the pan gets discolored easily and it is hard to keep clean. But, then yesterday I was cooking eggs on a medium flame and a loud pop shot out as well as a projectile hitting my microwave above the stove and bouncing onto the stove top. Turns out it was the rivet cap from the handle. As you can see by the picture for some reason the rivet expanded and shot the cap off. This could have been a serious problem if it hit me in the eye or elsewhere. Now I’m afraid to to even use the pan. ... show more

Our induction cooktop can only be used with stainless steel pans. We originally were using pans without the non-stick coating and it was difficult to use because of course… the food was sticking. The pans with the non-stick coating are great and game changer for us. We have had them for about 6 months now we zero issues. I love the look and the weight of the pans. We bought this as a gift for our grandparents and have used it a few times when we cook dinner for them. They are amazing. Love that the pots have measuring lines in them. The food doesn’t stick to them. I’m extremely happy with this product. I’m gonna get a set for myself too lol
