I got these a week before Christmas. We have T-Fal, cast iron, stainless. I till use the cast iron when it’s called for, or a wok. Everything else I cook with these CAROTE pots/pan. I read not to heat them up to a high heat, so I haven’t. Most I hit is a little over 3/4. I’ve cooked cheese burgers, fajitas, eggs, grilled cheese, barbecue, red beans and rice, curry, beef sausage, chicken. If it can be fried or cooked in a pot, we’ve cooked in these. I use a little olive oil or butter, to flavor food. Nothing sticks. Warm water, a drop of soap, a few seconds with a sponge, dry with rag done. Most pans/pots I’ve used are clean and hanging in under 30sec. They cook evenly, heat up fast. They have a little weight. They look good also. Cheap option, cooks well, easy to clean.

These are the absolute best pots and pans. They are light-weight and truly are non-stick. I used Circulon for years and decided I needed something new. I love how easy they are to clean. The variety of sizes for skillets and pots is perfect for the home kitchen. They stack easily--included with the set are felt "flowers" that sit in the pans so the stacking pan doesn't scratch the pan in which it is stacked. Well worth the money! Trust me when I say, "You need these!"

Great set for the most part, but it only lasted us a little over 2 years (purchased Oct 2023). Lots of scuffing between then and now, mostly the edges from what I am assuming using the lids. We cook at home daily. Only use silicone or wooden utensils while cooking. The bottom burner fell off today (Jan 2026) on one of our pots after boiling eggs. The handles on the pots become extremely hot while cooking. Took me awhile to learn this. Almost dumped boiling water on myself a few times due to grabbing and heading towards the sink and my brain kicking in halfway. Never had an issue with the pan handles becoming hot, though. The black soot at the bottom (assuming from oxidation) is prevalent every single time we touch the bottom of the pan irregardless of whether it is clean or was used. It came that way out of the package I remember. Using the included felt insert dividers is a must when storing, otherwise you risk them clinking and scratching each other. Overall this is a great set for the price. I know I am not upset with it as I am back here purchasing a second set to replace my current set. Love the look of them too. I find them stylish and not cheap looking. I really appreciate it being a non PFOA/non PFTE, non PFAS cookware.
