LOVE these pots and pans. Had purchased a couple of their small frying pans to replace 2 Cuisinart pieces that didn't last very long. For the price I wasn't expecting very much. Wow, was I surprised. Love the weight, the way the handle fits your hand, the lid that doesn't burn your fingers, and the overall look is so appealing. SO, I saw the sale and bought the set. ALL THE PIECES....๐. Really quite pleased with everything about it. I do love the teal color but, read that the light pan lining can discolor. Sad about that. The 2 pans I bought previously were the gray color and no problems at all.

These are great pans!! Non stick, easy clean up and can't beat the price. My only complaint is if you have a gas stove, do not let the flames go higher then the sides of the pan. The wooden handles burn.

Very, very best pots and pans ever!! Nothing sticks to the ceramic. NOTHING!! Fast cleanup: wait for the pan to cool, wash it, dry it, and put it away. Just the right weight. Wooden handles are great. The pads between the pans are important to prevent scratching. (important) They are supplied with the order, and so are the rubber utensils. This is a great buy. I wish I had known about these years ago!!

Set is terrific for everyday cooking. Not for high heat, hard core searing, but for everything else it is spot on. Nothing will stick to surface. Will withstand oven at 350. Dishwasher safe but why bother because they literally wipe themselves clean with damp cloth. These pans don't react very well to metal utensils at all. Don't use metal utensils. The protection sheets are a great addition to prevent scratches during storage when stacked. I have neuropathy so their light weight and supplements handles make it great for seniors.

This is my 3rd set of Carote. My reason for purchasing was for the health of it. My first two sets I was very hard on. Multi-tasking, cooking too high. Almost burning food. Mind you, we have food allergies/sensitivities, so I must cook all our food from scratch. I cook more than 5 meals a day as a homeschooling mommy of 2. (Family of 4.) . The sets usually last me 10 month torturing them. Still non stick After scratching and the ceramic looking dark and seasoned from overheating. Shopping around, I ended up going with Carote a 3rd time. This time I am being much more careful. Starting on medium and then turning it a bit down. I am still getting crispy bacon, browned chicken nuggets made from scratch etc. My last two sets were dark grey and dark cream. This bright cream set worried me. I have made plenty of red spaghetti sauce with no staining. I did read reviews and made sure I chose their line with the name granite in it this purchase. Now that I am cooking intentionally, my pans are not turning dark on the bottom interior and exterior. They are lasting much longer. If you get a defective handle. Being they are wood, they will replace. I do not submerge the lids in water, so water doesn't get in between the hollow area of the glass and handle. I love Carote. This set will definitely last me over a year this time. I was too scared to do the stainless steel having to worry about where they are made as each brand has many coming from different places, lawsuits, and the concern with really being careful. I like the silicone spatula it comes with. Nice size, and my girls like the colorful sprinkle design. I am so happy not having to spend hundreds on a set that disappoints. These are better than the home store brands that sell indvidual ceramic pieces. These do not stick and last way longer. I have had this set for a few months now and they are still looking brand new. When it comes to stacking any pots and pans, I use the fabric star looking things my first Carote set came with to put in between for storage. I am buying another set. I just love the sizes. They heat up nice and even as my stove is. I start on medium and then tske it down a bit once they are cooking well. I never have put them in the dishwasher since they have wooden handles. I also don't need to nor would use a rough scrubber on them.
