Only regret I have is not getting Carote kitchenware sooner. Some of the BEST kitchenware I've used. The quality was immediately noticable. There was weight to each of the pieces, beautiful granite-like look, immaculate wood handles for cookware and lids. Pieces heat up quickly, handle heat well, non-stick, clean easily. This was gift set for my wife, she is the one providing the review. Excellent set, however, I would have preferred that the big shallow pan had a second handle to lift and move around. All the pots and pans are beautiful and very useful, heavy and easy to clean.
