You should use a small amount of oil or butter so that food like, say, eggs, doesn't get caught on the texture. Even cooking on a lower heat, some foods get grabbed by the texture of this set. I had originally purchased a set of these from Costco before they were really popular. I lost them in the divorce lol. So I purchased them off of Amazon. I cannot say enough good things about this cookware. As long as you season it occasionally to care for them, they heat so evenly whether it’s gas or electric. The nonstick is amazing. They are pricey, but they are so worth it!

Love this set. They are awesome. I do wish the large frying pan had a second handle because it is top heavy and awkward to lift when it's full of food.

I love that they only take a few minutintes to season. These pans are a must for the cook in your family! They are surperb at sauteing. They take some getting used to if you have only used regular steel pans as they cook as well at a lower temperature. These pans are well worth the price! I have recommended to every cook I know! We actually purchased the wok and other pots and pans. We have a glass cooktop and they work well with it. Again, there is a learning curve as far as heat to use but it does'nt take long. Just go a degree or 2 lower than you would normally use. They are dishwaser safe, but I prefer to handwash mine. They clean Very easily. Just wipe excess & wash. Completely non stick! Can not recommend them enough! These pans have definately elavated our cooking. My sister is getting them now for her husband who loves to cook. You won't be sorry to spend the money for quality cookware.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE HexClad pans…. My sweet husband purchased me the largest frying pan with a lid… it was roughly $180.00 for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately we didn’t read up on them enough…. They were supposed to be safe nonstick…. They are the same as a regular teflon pan. Eventually they deteriorate and you are ingesting the same chemicals I was trying to avoid. I’m a cancer survivor and I was excited to think I was going to be able to cook with a nonstick pan. I called the company to see if I could return the pan and of course I can’t so I’m out $180 and they’re still selling the pans as if they’re safe.

TEMU LESS THAN A HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR TEN PIECE SET

We desperately needed a new pot & pan set and did quite a bit of shopping around and research. Roughly 6 months ago, At nearly $800 they were significantly higher in cost than the sets we were looking at, but the promises that were delivered seemed to have blown our budget out of the water. Considering their price-tag, we carefully washed and seasoned these pots & pans, in fact, we babied them. We followed all the rules that any law-abiding pan owner would follow. For instance; we did NOT use metal utensils, we wiped them out after each use and let them cool prior to rinsing/washing, and didn't put them in the dishwasher. Sadly, one of the reasons we always wiped them out is because they always seemed to have some kind of a black film after cooking (frying pan in particular). Furthermore, after paying such a substantial amount, you had to buy yet ANOTHER set if you wanted a deep sided frying pan. You know ladies & gents, the one you use THE MOST! So I was already annoyed but then add to that; their look (UGLY AF), the non-stick was a joke and the lids would make weird noises, like they had loose parts to them? It was odd. Anyway...yesterday was the last draw. My husband cooked a pack of country sausage as he has done a thousand times before, (on low slow heat using the frying pan) and upon completion, there was a disgusting black THICK film that would not come off without substantial elbow grease and cougar claws. At this time, we have come to the end of the road, these need to go back we decided! Since we needed a new set straight away, I asked him to grab the first set he saw at our local big box super store, which he did and I've used 3 of the pans in 24 hours and I can tell you, that for a fraction of the price they are already far superior to that crap they're slinging for an outrageous amount of money.

My employers paid a fortune for these pots and pans and almost all of them have a black plastic like substance falling out from between the hex inside the pans.... they can be picked off with just fingers which means every time you cook in them these pieces are ending up in the food... nowhere near happy with these at all ..POOR QUALITY... I tried to contact the company and get them at least replace and have been unable to even get a response.... DO NOT BUY
