I’ve been using these for about a month now. I use the sauté pan nearly every day and they still work like new. The nonstick works well. Eggs literally slide out of the pan with no oil. I was worried about staining on the light color but I’ve made chili, spaghetti bolognese and curry with no issues. However, the utensils did stain. I haven’t had a problem with the handles like others have mentioned. I would recommend users to read instructions before use. I oiled the pans before the first use per instructions. This cookware is amazing! Not to heavy, but not too lightweight. It said, "not to use oil or butter, and use on medium heat setting so I did. I cooked my green beans down. Removed them from the pot, then, poured and stirred in my oil. They tasted great! The clean-up was astounding! Just rinse in warm water and wipe with a warm cloth. That's it! Oh my gosh,these pots and pans are WONDERFUL!!!!! I have never burned anything in the pans. They cook evenly so you don't have issues with the center food getting done before outter foods . The are hand wash but I don't mind that. They are beautiful. And a great assortment,I love that they have glass lids. My only negative is I really do not like the handles. They are uncomfortable to hold with my arthic hands. So we will order pot handle covers for them. Easy fix. You will be very happy with this purchase!!! I realized I forgot to submit these. I have had these severe months now.. And I have one more negative . My favo6pan is the square one,I use it most it is terribly discolored . I scrub the bottoms with each use. I have tried everything to bring the pretty color back but nothing has worked. I still love them . If I were to purchase them again, I would certainly buy a dark color . ... show more

...Originally, I gave this set five stars. Then I used the frying pan. I fried one egg, intending it to be "over easy," as that is the only way I eat my eggs. The first two pictures speak for themselves. I followed directions. I didn't add anything to the pan except the egg, itself, and I had the heat on medium, as instructed.. In the first picture, you see how stuck to the pan it was. In the second picture you see how the yoke was destroyed. I haven't cooked an egg that badly since I was 14 or so! The third picture is difficult to see, but there are scuff marks and scratches on the frying pan which I didn't notice until I turned it over to wash it. I can't speak for the rest of the cookware in this set, but I'm hoping it will be better than this. Normally, I cook dinner every evening; for the past couple of weeks, however, I've been eating meals previously prepared and frozen so that I wouldn't have to add cooking to everything else I do during the holidays, which is why the rest of the cookware hasn't been used. I bought this on what I assumed was a Christmas sale, at $139.99 for the set. The regular price is $199.99. Maybe it wasn't a Christmas sale, maybe it was returned and resold...but then that should have been stipulated in the blurb. I'm a senior on a tight budget; I don't have money to throw away on inferior products. I make an egg just about every morning. Now I'll be heading to Walmart for one of their $10 pans that will last a month or so. Sigh. ... show more

I haven't had them long but them seem to be of good quality and are easly to clean and cook with. However, the very first time I used the pot it had permanent brown spots all over the bottom. The utensils it comes with are useless as they stain unless you use them for water. Mine is orange from Mac and cheese. ... show more
