These pots and pans are amazing! I purchased a set to replace my not so stellar set of big box store pots and pans. So far they are amazing. After cooking egg and cheese omelets, I purposely let the cooked egg and cheese sit in the pan for several hours. Well, the dry food wiped right out of them into the trash with a paper towel. Several weeks later they are still as good as new. They do have a black residue on them right out of the box, so wash them prior to first use. These are OK at being nonstick, not great. And they are really good at browning, but not as good as cast-iron. That being said, they clean up very easily and are really useful for almost anything.
