Our family loves this product. We cook with these pots and pans daily. HexClad cookware is superior to other brands. They distribute heat evenly across their entire cooking surface, ensuring that whatever you’re making cooks at the same time on all sides. They are nonstick and they do get hot. We use a lower temperature setting on our cooktop. We’ve had our set for a few years and even using them daily hasn’t left a scratch. We do hand wash the knives and the pans after using them. It’s as easy as rinsing your dishes prior to placing them in the dishwasher. They are expensive, so look at purchasing them when they are on sale. If you are looking for a new set of cookware and deliberating between purchasing a SS set or a Cast iron set save your money and buy a HexClad set instead, you will be pleasantly surprised for years. ... show more

These pots and pans are amazing! I purchased a set to replace my not so stellar set of big box store pots and pans. So far they are amazing. After cooking egg and cheese omelets, I purposely let the cooked egg and cheese sit in the pan for several hours. Well, the dry food wiped right out of them into the trash with a paper towel. Several weeks later they are still as good as new. They do have a black residue on them right out of the box, so wash them prior to first use. These are OK at being nonstick, not great. And they are really good at browning, but not as good as cast-iron. That being said, they clean up very easily and are really useful for almost anything. I have had them now for a several months and they show exactly 0 signs of wear. They are the best all-purpose cookware I have ever owned. ... show more
