    • Questionable Lid & side handles

Nice looking and seem to be of good quality. However, the material used for the handles raises concern. I've only used one of the pots for the first time and noticed that the lid handle is cracked on both sides (seems possible that the screws used are perhaps too big) and split the material. The concern is if side handles should fail it would be very dangerous and could cause serious burns should these handles fail. I need spare handles for the lids and at least a couple spare side handles in the event anymore crack in during future use. I would gladly pay for these spares. I NEED to know who will send parts to repair our "New and unused" pots ASAP. ... show more

They are GORGEOUS, the handles are a soft silicone that stays cool to the touch and the non stick is FANTASTIC. My only complaint is that the skillet doesn't come w a lid as I use mine to make potstickers frequently. However, I appreciate the pic shows no lid so it's clear there isn't one. I would definitely buy again but I think these are going last a long time bc the quality is so good! ... show more
