These clean so well and cook great. I like the look and color of them as well. They all match and are lightweight. I donโt have a lot of upper body strength so these were much lighter than other sets. Mine have not burned as of yet and Iโve had high heat on them. The best part I think is that they are non-toxic PFOA and PFOS free which means a lot to us.

Iโm writing this review about a year and a half after buying the set and can say that Iโve been pretty well satisfied with the set especially at the price I paid. But if youโre someone who cooks multiple times a day/week with them, youโll notice that the nonstick surface wears out and doesnโt do itโs job as well after the first year or so. However, Iโm only noticing that happening in the 3 frying pans which are what get used the most in our house. All of the pots still feel like new so I do think this is a set that can last longer if you donโt cook as frequently or take the time to hand-wash as opposed to throwing it in the dishwasher. My set has done well to not look very stained either but we bought the same one for my parents and theirs donโt seem to have held up as well in this regard, so maybe that just depends on how you care for them. Overall this is a good set, especially if you get it on sale for under $100 like I did. 4/5

I love the stay cool handles on the pots and pans, but the pot lid handles are extremely hot to the touch. You need to use a potholder to take it off when it is cooking. Otherwise, I love the set. Fortunately, I have the lids from my old Greenlife set and they all fit and are staying cool.๐

I am familiar with GS - I've purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his 'house' (unattached house on our property - lol). THIS set was AWFUL. First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat ... AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn't SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. "AWFUL" does not do them justice. The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just ... cheap. LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries ... You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them). SO, either GS has devolved terribly - which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back. Amazon - STOP 'hiding' negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand - and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. THIS is your top "Negative" Review. Not the three-star one which implies these are 'okay. They're NOT.
