The bench press and weights are very nice and was pretty easy to put together, however due to its heaviness it had a lot of delivery requirements and it took about three weeks to arrive, even though the Amazon site made it look like ot was a two day delivery.

It’s heavy! The box is a 2 person job. Anyway, assembly took about an hour by myself and had some issues with the seat but I managed. I couldn’t be happier. 28 years old, 155pnds 5’10 and in high school I maxed out at 140-150 pounds bench press and this is a great way to start building it back up. I’m excited to work out! I ordered Friday and received it Sunday morning around 9am. And if you think 100pounds in weights are not enough and you haven’t worked out in years.. (it’s more than plenty) I cannot even do 12 in a row on 70pounds on the bar but it’s all about reps right? I have the two 25 pound weights on the leg press for now and do not mind adding more for the legs. It’s worth every bit of $200 you have to be insane not to scoop this up. Yes the bar is a bit smaller but if you’re like me and getting back into things.. go with this before you embarrass yourself at a gym. ... show more

I love it, easy to construct and use. Perfect for a starter bench. The only thing I don't like is the area of motion to position your hands on the bar is very tight. I would love to have had another 6'' to spread my hands/arms out. I can't see a larger person being able to use this bench at all. I'm 5' 7'' and it's barely doable. Had a cheaper version of this before, this one is very well built for the price. Sturdy and wide metal. Not cheap 1 inch tubing. Can see this lasting for many years to come. Just wish it had more attachment options like maybe a lap pulldown.

We got this for our son for Christmas. He loves it except for the fact that there is not a lot of room where you grab the bar to raise it up. We did not want to go through the trouble of returning it so he is going to have to just use as is.

I ordered this product and was very satisfied with it until I found that the bar and support were broken very bad! BUMMER! But I called the customer service number and a lady helped me. %100 worth it if you aren’t looking to pay more than the listed price in terms of benches I would give it a 3 but for its price it’s a 4. It’s can get a little wobbly but overall after using it for about a month I can say I feel very safe on it. The worst part about this product is the weights! I can only load the weight on the floor the bar is so thin and light if I were to put even 10 pound on one side the other side will come flying up so be careful when loading weight. If you’re looking for just a bench I suggest something else but for the bench and weight it’s a good buy. The building process was very simple you will need to buy some tools because it doesn’t come with the tools need for assembly but everyone should have a wrench laying around the house. A one person job two just makes it easier. Please make sure to clean before use after cleaning it I had about 20 black wipes. I’m pretty happy with my purchase. ... show more
