I got this to set up weights in my garage. It is perfect and works very well. It is very comfortable and the adjustments are great for me. I have not experienced any instability with it being 3 legged, the closest thing is when I had about 70 lbs. on the leg extension part and it would wobble a little, but was in no risk of falling over. There was one broken plastic part, the square receiver for the leg extension attachment. I emailed the company and received a replacement within a week. This is an awesome budget bench. Really versatile and does everything it says it does. Pros - sturdy, comfy (mostly), easy to put together, leg curls/extensions, attachment for leg workouts comes off/out easy. Cons - heavy weight on the peg lifts the opposite side of the bench unless you are seated (sometimes even while you are seated) No handles for leg curls/extension, leg pads are painful when using heavy weight which I've had to compensate with using random extra padding. Heavy duty, stable/ good balance and plenty of configuration. Leg extensions and curls feel good and can handle heavy load. Bench recline settings are easily adjustable and plenty of options. For those complaining about scratches; yall are hilariously ridiculous. I am beyond happy with this bench. I was using a crappy Walmart bench for a while but got sick of it almost killing me anytime I benched above 225, so I decided to upgrade. This bench is a monster! It has a super wide pad for good stability when benching. Doesn’t wobble at all and even after months of use none of the bolts came loose. My main reason for buying this bench was the leg extension because I don’t have any gyms near me and this was a necessity. The leg curl is my only complaint but it’s almost not even worth complaining. It was uncomfortable on my quads, maybe cause my legs are big so I just made a pad from some old floor mats to put on it and the pain went away. Also for both the extension and curl you gets great range of motion. I’m 5’11” btw and fits me great ... show more

Feels better than the lightweight one it replaced. It's not as heavy as I expected and the color is nicer, rather than a glossy white, it's like a dry off-white. Shorter and more stable feeling than the one I had before And I read reviews saying the leg curls only go halfwaydue to a design flaw - they must have fixed that because it works well. Bought this workout bench for a home gym. Overall, we really like it. Took a couple hours to assemble by myself, but really wasn't too complicated. The bench itself is very sturdy and clean looking. Only two downsides to the bench: 1) The bench is quite large. It does take up quite a lot of real estate in a home gym setting 2) The part of the bench where you add the weight, for leg extensions or hamstring curls, is not very large. So you cannot add a whole ton of weight on there if you are using bumper plates. I can put enough weight on there for myself, but my husband cannot. if you are very strong in the leg department, I would not count on this bench holding enough weight for you. ... show more
