Not bad for an OTC hearing aid
Style: Compatible with Android
Color: Black
Hearing aids can be expensive and cheap amplifiers are inadequate. The cost of these come just below my insurance allowance. These have been the best quality for this cost tier. My left and right hearing is different. These hearing aids are customizable from one ear to the next. You can even customize the sine wave to accommodate for your specific hearing loss in each ear. Get a copy of your sine wave from an audiologist or a free source online. I did not care for the free test from Lucid since it does not show your hearing frequencies in a chart form even though the adjustments you make in the hearing aid app are in a chart format. Speaking of the app, there are Android versions of the app and Apple (iOS) versions. Make sure you buy the version of the hearing aid that is compatible with your phone. Technically the App is optional, but there are more adjustments available is you use it. Most of the time I only use one. I find that when I increase the volume to improve my hearing there is annoying feedback. If I push the earpiece in my ear more it temporarily solves the problem, but if I chew or talk it wiggles back out. Placing my finger in my ear also works well, but that is not very practical to do all day. I've changed the tips to reduce feedback, but nothing seems to work other than lowering the volume (and my finger!).

I can hear again
Style: Compatible with iPhone
Color: Grey
I bought the Lucid engage OTC, I’ve tried other brands like Audian and Nanos (nanos suck, made to fail to keep getting your money.) anyway these lucids were a pleasant surprise. They are very comfortable! They have an app that is easy and effective to use. And most of all, I can hear again without saying what? I wore to church today and heard every word. My wife is happy also that she doesn’t have to repeat herself anymore. They come with wax filters, have 4 programs. You only need one! And with the app you can adjust to your liking and save it. I am very happy with these. Also they are very small and not noticeable. The lucid shape part of the app lets you adjust and program several different frequencies ranging from 250 up to 8000. You may want to go to hearingtest.online or use the Mimi app to test your hearing loss 1st before buying these as they aren’t for severe loss . Mine is moderate. I also want to mention I bought the battery powered version. Rechargeable sounds nice and convenient but the price difference swayed me. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Not what I was wanting
Style: Compatible with iPhone
Color: Beige
I bought this product because my hearing is bad. My insurance will not cover hearing aids. I am a medical assistant and when the doctor is wearing a mask it was very hard to hear him. I thought the hearing aids would help but it just enhanced the small sounds and mad it more noisy so I couldn't hear the talking. It enhanced crinkling of paper and things like that. Not helpful then when I tried to return them it was past 30 days and they would not let me return them.

Very good
Style: Compatible with iPhone
Color: Grey
I wasted $4,200 for a similar set of Lucid units. They worked for a while but then died after the warranty expired. Those did not have Bluetooth. These over the counter ones are just as good. The Bluetooth isn't perfect but works when needed. Just be sure the phone app is open first before you pair. Don't waste money on expensive units, just get these.

Shipment was very fast. These OTC hearing aids are my backup to the $4000 Phonaks, one of which is now in for repair.

Way to small for old people
Style: Compatible with iPhone
Color: Beige
Not sure what the fascination with tiny is. But to me it just seems over the top. They are in my opinion way to small! Old people with less dexterity and poorer eyesight. Now I need to open the battery door to turn off my hearing aid? I live in Indiana and when it’s freezing cold any color clothing if fine. I just want to hear better. Don’t give a crap what it looks like! Use the same guts and put them in a larger over the ear rechargeable aid. Something your great grandmother with little to no dexterity and bad eyesight can handle. I’m a driver in and out of my truck all day. Have always left my 1200 phone in the truck where it was safe. Can’t do that anymore. Get to far from my phone and aids loose connection. Sound quality seems great and these other issues ruin it!

You can hear feedback and application is very limited
Style: Compatible with iPhone
Color: Grey
You can hear feedback and application Is limited. They are very small and connectivity gets disconnected on Bluetooth. I hope they can have better application that you have more options. Just like more expensive hearing aids.
