The media could not be loaded. Needed a little privacy in my yard where I live so I ordered this I had it mounted and set up in 20-30 minutes , easy as pie. And it serves it purpose very well. Only con to me is that there is no locking mechanism to secure the handle in its dock but I mean as long as you don’t have kids that like exploring it’s worth the money
