Love this screen. The only drawback was that the bracket that attaches the screen to the wall was to wide to install on the trim piece of our home. So with some creativity we figured it out. Very sturdy, nice looking, fairly easy installation. We live in a windy place so we will see how it holds up!

Easy to use and install

I ordered this to add privacy to the entrance on my deck to our hot tub. For years I hung a couple of large towel on a clothes line for privacy. This works great! My husband installed it without the usual complaining and it went up quickly. We purchased it last year and it weathered through a New England winter with no issues. We keep it closed unless we are using the hot tub and there is no trouble opening and closing.

Better than expected

This was fairly easy to install. The quality is good! The spring that retracts the shade is strong. My only suggestion is to make the bottom plate on the pedestal slightly larger. The bolt pattern is close in which gives the awning spring a lot of leverage. Add a gust of wind and it’s no longer anchored. I added a L bracket (not included) to help reinforce the pedestal.

Must have - sturdy and perfect.

We got this for our outdoor hot tub and it was the best thing we could have done. Perfect privacy. The hardware that you use to mount to the concrete or wood was a little different but once I figured that out it was solid. Would buy again. For reference I got the 2 wall unit (see photo)

Decent price for a medium duty item!

Not as heavy duty as the Patisol. Great for rain, but doesnt have a lock down latch. Not sure how it holds up to wind yet. A little nervous to try it out for 20 mph winds. Easy to install. Decent for the price.
