    • The charger works fine but can't software is poor
Install was fine. Just like any other level 2 charger with a cord. Its charges just fine. What it doesn't do, and it was very important for me, is be able to schedule charging times. The app only lets you select a time of day but not a time of day for any particular day of the week. So on the weekends, when I don't need to schedule a time to charge, I would have to manually start charging. That would not be a huge deal if it would keep the time of day charging setting. Bought this to charge my model 3 at home so I can use my mobile charger for on the go stuff. Works great! And delivers plenty of power. I can charge from 0-100 over night no problem.     • Poor App and not the typical wall charger either
Did I say poor? Sorry I meant to say pathetic App. Returning the charger even without using it once. Being unable to schedule charging is the deal breaker. Also, the charger itself looks to be designed for public charging category rather than home use.

    • “Charge in time slot” feature is incapable
The iphone app “Smart Life” can connect to it and set time slot for charging, but it HAS TO SET IT EVERY TIME the car is plugged in. This is really a dumb way of implementing this feature.
