Received on time and very well packaged. The assembly instructions were very well written detailed and easy to follow. The illustrations were clear and helpful. There were no mismatched holes or striped threads. The chair came with an additional faster of each type. It did take a bit more than 20 minutes to assemble, but I was taking my time. The chair itself seems to be of high quality. The fabric is very comfortable, and the adjustments are easily made. If you are looking for an office chair at this price point this is it. On the positive side, I like the books colors offered (I got the orange one). However, the chair itself is disappointing: seat cushion isn't comfortable for me, seat does not slide (therefore the seat doesn't support my legs well and digs into the back of my thighs), the armrests flip up, but they don't adjust up and down or side to side, and there was a defect in the machining in one of the bolt holes so that no bolt would catch the threads. I found a much better chair in the same price range (though it's boringly black) ... show more
