What can I say about this?!?! It has worked. It has been reliable. It has charged my car properly for 10 months. It is decent and it works! The only complain (if I have any) is that it only works with the ID card, so every time I have to charge I have to swipe it... The card sits next to the charger which it can become annoying. There are some reviewers that mentioned that are able to disable the need of the card by placing the card for 10 seconds on the reader BUT there is a problem if you are doing slot charging because that pauses the bypass of the card somehow...I gave up on that, their app is mid but you don't really need it since you have your car's app. Oh, I bought it strictly for the design, nothing more :)

Randomly disconnects and stopped charging fully w/o restarting it. The car works without fault in every other charger besides this one.

Nice charger, easy to mount, attractive and most importantly: it does the job. Now for the bad: 1. I can't get it to deliver over 40a to any of my 3 EVs. 2. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to disable the need to use the RFID cards. 3. The "app" is a generic app lacking features and user friendliness. You need a 2.4ghz network to use it, 5Ghz won't cut it. If I hadn't already installed it I would consider a different charger.

Had to replace our old wall charger that does after 4 years. We do not use the key cards or app, to set it to plug & charge was easy. Looks fancier than our old one, sturdy. Only drawback is the charging cable is only about 15ft, where we had 25ft before. Still long enough for our needs.

Charger works well so far but wanted it to directly charge without authorization (RFID or App). Manual isn't the most helpful for this or other features. I emailed support asking about this but then later was able to disable it with some combination of resetting breaker and holding RFID card up to it for a long time. Then I was pleasantly surprised to get a reply from support and here is what they said: "Please hold the card against the swipe area for 15 seconds to enable plug-and-play mode." Manual also doesn't state anything about hard wiring it but I did this anyway. Comes apart easy enough. Inside was using ring terminals so find proper ones for your size wire. I used battery life from Menards. Also needed to reset it to get the app to find it... Once again didn't see this in the manual but managed to reset by repeatedly pushing and releasing e-stop button. Once light started blinking differently, I was able to connect with the app.

Easy install and does a quick and fast hybrid charge (3 1/2 hour). Note: must have a 50 Amp NEMA 14-50R outlet plug-in receptacle installed, which is typical for most chargers that are not hard wired.

Does not charge to 48amp like it states, it’s stuck at 22.4 amps. Customer service is useless, when they finally answered they told me to follow directions. Will be requesting a refund

I usually don't write reviews but I am a bit upset about the fact that the screen on the charger stopped working only after 4 months. This should not happen to a quality charger. If I could I would have asked for my money back. On a positive note, the charger works and when using the app you can charge your car without an issue. But it would be nice to have that screen. A bummer, not happy. Would I buy it again? That's a NO for me.
