Poor built quality, flimsy, Pretty big size, no features except RFID card. Software is third party Tuya Smart Life, don't!!! integration is terrible. Forget the Instruction manual you can not see anything especially the pictures and poor instructions. The screen will give you the impression that it's interactive. NO its not. You can adjust the amps, but it goes right back down to 24. To get the 48amp you have to kill the breaker then restore power and you have 48amp charging for about an hour. Even at its fastest speed, it is about 2kWh slower than other cheaper models. Not going to buy another one of these. I also wish the charging cord was longer, it's a bit short compared to other companies. I will say the security feature is nice and is the saving grace for this model. ... show more

Easy install and hassle free for months now. If you don’t want to use the RFID just hold the card against the unit for like a minute and it goes to automatic. Keeps our Lightning charged just fine

This is a great charger! The price is right and the charger running for several hours has stayed very cool considering I was running at 40amps. The charger is a little larger than expected but that's fine. The cord for the charger is much thicker than I expected which is a good thing, and likely why everything ran so cool. Unfortunately, this wasn't the changer for me since the cord coming from the charger is 16 feet. For a one EV family that would be fine but for two EVs in a two-car garage it comes up short. ... show more

I usually don't write reviews but I am a bit upset about the fact that the screen on the charger stopped working only after 4 months. This should not happen to a quality charger. If I could I would have asked for my money back. On a positive note, the charger works and when using the app you can charge your car without an issue. But it would be nice to have that screen. A bummer, not happy. Would I buy it again? That's a NO for me. ... show more
