A Safer Charger for my Tesla Chose this Tesla charger mainly for safety and it’s honestly one of the smartest charging upgrades I’ve made. My previous charger didn’t have a display, so the only way to check charging status was through the car screen or the Tesla app. and I had an Evdance charger before, and it only had a single indicator light. One time my app showed the car was charging at a very low rate, but I had no way to diagnose whether it was the outlet, the charger, or the car. With this Grasside charger, the built-in screen shows voltage, current, and real-time wattage, so even if something goes wrong, I can immediately tell what the issue is. Another big reason I switched: my old charger only charged at its fixed 15A. The problem is my outlet is not on a 20A breaker. I asked an electrician, and he told me that running 15A continuously on that setup wasn’t safe unless I upgraded the wiring and breaker which would cost a lot. This Grasside charger lets me adjust the current (8/10/12/16A). Since 16A requires a proper 20A breaker, I simply set mine to 12A, and it charges safely without overloading anything. The delay-charging feature is also useful. When I get home from work, I plug in the charger and set a 3-hour delay. It starts charging around 10pm when the electricity rates drop, and that’s been saving me real money every month. Overall, this charger has way more useful features than my previous one, gives me far better control and visibility, and most importantly feels much safer. Absolutely worth it.

Summary: This is a geat little wall charger that is well thought out for home use. Installation: Just plug it in and you are ready to charge your car. Very easy to use. Build Quality: The charger and cable feels substantial when taking it out of the box. The LED is very nice and visible once you plug it in. I The charging cable is quite thick and that usually indicates high gauge wires used to build this charger. It feels just as good as the one from Telsa if not thicker. Performance: I've been charging it for a few days and it has consistently delivered a great charge for my Tesla Y. It has not had any issues at all. I wake up in the morning with a fully charged car ready to roll.

This is a super nice Tesla mobile charger. I recently misplaced our other one so I really wanted to get a replacement for it and this one just so happens to match up perfectly with what we needed. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described to be. Nothing was missing or damaged from delivery and everything was in great condition. Very heavy-duty very well made. It matches up exactly with the ad so it was perfectly compatible for my needs as well. If you have ever used one before this is just as easy to use. Simply locks right into place and plugs in and you're good to go. Functions perfectly as intended without a single issue. Just be sure you review all the specs ahead of time so you can be sure that it is a good fit for what you need. As long as you do that everything works perfectly and it's exactly as described. My husband owns a car lot / mechanic shop and we are getting a lot of newer vehicles in that are also electric vehicles so this is the perfect thing to have in case we need one for one of those on the go. Do not have any complaints about this whatsoever it matches up with all the measurements on the ad as well so it was the perfect size that I thought it would be. Great value for your money very heavy duty and durable and definitely a solid 10 out of 10 great quality product and worth every penny.
