I have a 2027 Chevrolet bolt with an NACS connector which is new for the 2027. This charger works perfectly. It charges at about 40A max and so far it’s proven very reliable. Since the bolt lacks proper scheduling features, this charger allows me to create a schedule and charge only during the off peak times to take full advantage of the lower rates. The SmartLife app allowed me to connect this charger to Wi-Fi fairly easily. The front panel of the charger itself only allows you to change the charge current and the charge delay time so you will need the app to create a schedule. Product works great including the app that accompanies it for use. This is an honest review and with that I’ll share my experience best as possible. I’m currently on my 2nd unit received 4/7/26 after the first one we ordered back in December 25 just quit with a CP fault. Well I shouldn’t say quit, it would still charge but then immediately give the fault upon finishing or it would give the fault immediately upon plugging in. Either way I had to order a back up and reached out to the company in the meantime to explain what was going on. After 2-3 emails back and forth I was told it would be taken care of and not to worry, that was maybe 4/1-4/2 and I received the new unit in less than a full week along with a follow up email to ensure all was well with tracking. I can deal with product failure, especially in electronics I mean it happens. What makes a difference in a company is how you handle your customers. I wasn’t harassed and didn’t feel pressured for information. I sent 3 photos and answered 1 question and was better taken care of, than if I visited a physical location these days. That to me was worth 5 stars alone, I can deal with unforeseen circumstances any day of the week. But respect, trust, and dependability go further than most think. ... show more

This charger worked fine for 6 months, but it stopped working recently for no apparent reason. Also there is apparently no product support team. Sadly, the return window is long closed, so I guess I'll be buying a different one with a warranty this time. If you buy this, make sure you get the warranty just in case. ... show more

Works great. I like that I can plug it into a 120v regular outlet overnight for a slow charge (about five miles each hour) and also plug it into 240 volts for a faster charge. Nice, long substantial cable, too. Looks like it should last a good while, and I'll use it for my travel/backup when I eventually add a Nema 14-50 240 fast charger. I figure this charger will meet my needs by adding about 75 miles overnight, and if I ever need more, I'll just make a quick stop at a nearby Supercharger. My Tesla app tells me my charging rate, how many miles I've added, and how long it will take until I reach my selected max charge, which I always set to 80% for maximum battery health. This charger is very simple to use. Great value for money. Cord length is good for my application as my 110 outlet in my garage is used by an alarm system. So, this cord is run into the house. The cord is very weighty, so I assume the quality is evident. It comes with a wall mount also. My level 2 charger is being installed next week so this will be a standby charger. There is a carrying bag which should be great to pack it and leave in the car on trips to B & B's or overnights to family and friends. Yeah, charging time is SLOW. But it's a trickle charger so charging from 50 to 85% takes around 45 hours. Still a great value for charging. ... show more
