This baby advertised to last 80 hours on one charging. --- And it did, in fact I ran two tests on it, it lasted about 88 hours the first time and about 90 hours the second time. The sound quality is pretty good - in fact darn good. This Hearing Aid is much better than the $400 hearing aid by MD called the "volt." They should be ashamed of themselves. The company said the regular price for the "Volt" was $2,000 - but had it on sale for $400. Plus .. the volt has the worst sound quality of any hearing aid I have ever tested.

These are for my father -- he's been using the As Seen On TV amplifiers for years. They break or fail within a few months, and we must have spent a thousand dollars on junk amplifiers that he could have saved up for a real hearing aid. What I can't say is how long these "LapEasy" options (or any of the 20 other identical models on Amazon will last, but I CAN tell you he hears better with these than the TV MSA 30x, and they cost less -- somehow, they actually seem less cheap than the MSA despite costing less. The body is sturdier, the lead wire is reinforced so it's less likely to come apart. The biggest failure is both needing a MicroUSB instead of some other more modern solution, and the case is not a charger. But for 60% the price and 130% the quality compared to the MSA, I'll take these. The saying is "the devil you know is better than the one you don't" -- and if my father is representative of the type of person who knows the MSAs were junk but was too afraid to waste a dime on a different product because at least the MSA;s "Worked" -- well, I will gladly recommend the style in this listing to anyone who has been holding out on alternatives. Just, again, he hasn't had them for weeks or months, I can't speak to the long-term reliability; but the construction and performance are immediate wins for the price. Even if they last half as long they are still better and cheaper than the MSA.

Ordered these for my elderly mother and it offered same-day shipping! I ordered at noon and they arrived by 9 pm. Charged them up and they work like a charm. I gave them to my mother and she said she could hear much better. I hope she uses them - I'm tired of getting a sore throat from trying to talk loud enough for her to hear me.

But if you move and it slips there’s a buzzing feedback which is annoying. Also my ear canals are small and it didn’t come with different sized eartips

Work decent for mild hearing lost. Slightly large so not the best if you have smaller ears. I have a hard time with the piece fitting in my ear as it's larger than some hearing aids. This can be uncomfortable and can make it slip out at times or need to be readjusted. Also the ear piece isn't flexible so it doesn't bend to shape to fit behind the ear which again if you have smaller ears this leave the back piece sitting high and not laying behind your ear
