Bought this cutaway stabilizer after buying another brand that was way too thick and stiff. Both were advertised as 2.5 oz. medium cutaway, but the Craftido is much more pliant and soft to the skin. I hadn't heard of this brand before but it is just what I wanted for a stabilizer on my sweatshirts. Will hold up after several washes, but is not stiff like a board.

Great stabilizer for machine embroidery

The media could not be loaded. I'm giving this 4 stars because with enough layers, it does the job. I don't know that it's actually 2.5 oz, and the thickness is pretty variable throughout the length of the roll. I tried it out on a key fob which is pretty dense. I generally use 2 layers of 2.5oz cutaway for these fobs and doing that with this cutaway, the end result is ok once the fob is cut but there was some buckling during the stitchout. It works, but I probably will stick with my usual brand next time.

Great stablizer my wife bought the large 12”roll. Sturdy for heavy projects but even worked great on a light knit and held embroidery with no puckered yet was soft and flexible on garment.
