The app doesn't work. I tried dow loading older versions and using the latest version but it never connects to my charging station. The charging station constantly disconnects in the middle of charging and flashes red until I unplug it then plug it back in.

I bought the Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger for my father and I am extremely impressed with the quality and functionality of this product. The charging station is up to 40 amps and 240 volts, which allows for a quick and efficient charge for his electric vehicle. The WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity are great features, as they allow my father to monitor and control the charging process remotely from his phone. The optional RFID is also a nice touch, as it adds an extra layer of security to the charging station. The NEMA 14-50 plug and 16.5 ft cable are perfect for indoor and outdoor use, and the white color looks great in our driveway. The station is also very easy to install, which made the process quick and stress-free. We like it !

This high quality home EV charger is capable of up to 9.6kW/40Amps of charging current. EVSE enabled with BT, Wifi, and optional RFID control. Features also include a external holster to hold the cable when its not in use, 16.5ft of cord, and a NEMA 14-50 plug. Charging can be customized through the smartphone app. Compact and tasteful design with a nice white finish. This would compete with Autel home ev chargers in features and quality.

This is a great charger. It looks and feels of quality. The cord is heavier similar to commercial units. The unit can be set up in app to work independently or with RFID cards included. This allows for control of users. I had a little trouble with app login but was able to resolve with customer service. User name is case sensitive. IMO this charger is a great value.
