Arrived boxed in another box, and well packed. The assembly directions (although not all that clear), came with added directions on how to USE the actual box the product came in, to make a 'cat house' for your kitties. Very cute. We didn't bother, but it looks legit. We just gave them the boxes as is lol. The cat tree came with everything you need to assemble, plus spare hardware and a spare pom-pom. One person can build this on their own in 25 mins. The separate side 'basket' - as we call it, can support our biggest 14# boy. I'm impressed! Lots of scratching areas. Not too big or small. Seems stable. Came with stabilizing gear to affix it to a wall if you choose to do so. Pretty in the green. Good quality. Accurate product photos. All 5 of our kitties can use this, which is a huge plus. Great price at forty-five bucks for better quality than we expected. If the product price doesn't increase, I'd be happy to get another in the future.

I have two four year old cats and had the bigger version of this from the same company that’s held up well, I got this one as it’s the perfect height for in front of my windows and have only had to rewrap one pole of the main one from this brand 7 months in. While it is clearly a bit small for an adult cat, or two, they don’t seem to mind and have been napping on it since I finished building it (20 minutes, simple directions). It’s a little more wobbly, as to be expected with size and price. The hanging baskets will likely stretch a bit with time but unlikely to stretch enough to where they’d ever hit the pieces below them. It shakes while they groom themselves or get on and off but I’m not too concerned but may one day wall mount it, unlike the big one I’ve never felt the need to. (Included picture of the big one for a size reference, especially if the baskets).

Great little set up for our 6 week old kittens we have 2; so the 2 baskets on this was a sell for us. Our babies were curious and quickly learned how to use it. Perfect size for the kittens, but the grown cat is not into it. The little ball at the top helps your kittens with their reflexes. Easy to put together and came with the tools you needed.

This is advertised for larger cats, however, my 11lb, 10yr old cat barely fits & it wobbles a lot when she jumps off it - she really only uses the box because of this. I've honestly spent a while trying to find a small tree for big cats & they really don't seem to exist; if you have a larger cat then just get a larger tree otherwise you're just wasting your money. Also, neither my 2yr old, 3yr old, or 11yr old have used the hammocks & it's been 3 days, so keep in mind that some cats actually don't seem to care for that type of bed - I don't think they trust it like it doesn't feel secure enough to them. It was pretty easy to assemble & fits well in small spaces, but I would say that it's not really worth getting unless your cat is under 10lbs, it is also not as soft as they make it appear, but for the price it's a pretty good cat tree overall, especially if your cat is on the smaller side & not super active.

First of all, the fluffy shag carpet material they use for this specific model (cactus). It's very soft and fun to touch, but the cloth backing is very fragile and dubious in durability (the hammocks are made from it too) Time will tell how easily it is cleaned and how well the fluff holds together. It is VERY soft and cute though. The kit came with extra bolts and hinges which is always great. The boards are thick and sturdy, didn't detect any particular sway or problems with installation other than mistaking a P2 pipe for a P3 in the manual. It also comes with a drywall anchor and a wall strap in case you want extra stability. My big cat is around 16 lbs so has issues maneuvering the tower, but he seems to enjoy the hammock so far!

This product was super easy to build and my cat has been loving it! She has many locations on this tree where she can scratch and shorten her nails! This cat tree is also the perfect height, she is able to sit on the top sections and look out of the windows! My only downside to this product was that there was some extra fluff that scattered when I was building it, but it was very easy to vacuum up!
