I bought these hearing aids for my grandfather and they have made a noticeable difference for him. The sound is clear and helps him hear conversations better, especially at home and when watching TV. The sound is clear, they reduce a lot of background noise, and he says they feel comfortable to wear. They’re also pretty discreet, which he likes. The page does not specify the waterproof rating, and it short-circuits directly after being slightly wet on rainy days. The customer service service shirks responsibility by saying it is 'improper use', and the repair fee is almost as much as the price of a new product. It's a scam!

The sound quality is clear and natural, and the noise reduction really helps in daily conversations, especially in moderately noisy environments.
