Pros Cons *Looks very nice. *Hard plastic or metal on seat *Two pillows will move. *Recline is not spring loaded. I was very excited to get this chair. I looks very nice however when I was assembling it I was having a hard time getting some of the screws to thread. I still have two screws that attach the back of the chair to the base-plate that i was not able to screw on.... Not for a lack of trying! The only other negative thing about this chair is the seat. The two side parts were not meant for big bottom folks such as myself. I first thought it was just padding and would flatten with time. However this is not the case, there is some padding but the hard part to make the rise is hard plastic or metal. That can be very uncomfortable as I am working from home now and have to sit in this chair for 12 hours at a time. My wife loves it! She fits perfectly between the two raised parts on the seat and says it feels like it hugs her in place. ... show more

*Update* As I am pleased to say.. I received an email from the seller week or two later after he read my review and was apologetic about my disappointment with the chair. He asked me if he can accommodate me by refunding me my money or sending me a new chair. I chose a new chair, and after about an hour of assembling it, I am very pleased with the outcome of how it looks, its sturdiness, more comfortable and all parts and pieces are there and fits in perfectly. Thank you again. Fyi: delivery was fast. Was very easy to assemble, I followed all the steps in the manual. The comfort is about 4 stars and the value I would say its reasonable. My only issue and why I gave it 3 stars is because, some screws was too large for certain holes, and I followed step by step instructions, so I had to take some small screws from the leg of the chair and use it for the holes. So now some parts of the chairs is missing screws, but I made it work for me. ... show more

After writing my original review I was contacted by the seller to see if they could fix the problem with the chair. The final outcome was they sent me a new chair. I have had no problems with it so far. Had to update my rating to 5 stars for the customer service that I received. (Hopefully just got a bad chair the first time around) definitely will buy from this seller again just because they stand behind their products! Nice chair, great back support, but doesn’t hold up. Had chair for 4 months now and at first love it. But the armrest are now falling off. The hardware that was sent to put it together has to be tightened at least monthly if not weekly or you will find the bolts on the floor. After repeated times of tightening the bolts the threads on the bolts have all been worn off. Having to go and see if I can find other bolts now to fit to reattach the armrests.     • You get what you pay for.
So i got it pretty fast... managed to get it in 5 days. When i first opened the box, It was pretty compact and INSANELY heavy... my chair was 44.1 Pounds and 20 kgs. Nothing was damaged luckily and i was mainly able to put it completely together... with only one to two complications. One, one of the holes where misaligned so i had to force it together. (which i wouldn't suggest doing personally but i was kind of in a rush cause it took me 2 hours) and BOY did it leave a lot of swelling on my thumbs, It hurts to type as we speak. but all together the chair is REALLY comfortable and no parts where missing. I'd suggest this to anybody that's willing to go through a little bit of hell to get a decent gaming chair. ... show more

The bottom seat cushion starting tearing after about 1 year and slowly got worse. It was nice while it lasted but 2 years later, i'm now thinking I need to buy a new chair

Purchased last Christmas for teen. One of the legs failed seriously and made the chair unusable. Was going to give them a two star rating but decided I'd see if they could send a replacement part. Received a prompt response and a prompt replacement part (just the bit I asked for so we weren't wasting half a chair) and the teen is super happy to have his chair back. A+ job. ... show more
