Assembly was a breeze. I had no trouble getting the chair together. The massage is more of a vibrator.. It irritated my bad back.. Oh Well. But the pillows are soft and make for a good head and back rests all the same. It is a good bang for your dollar. Also unless you stand over 6 feet or are a very large person the chair is quite roomy.Though the foot rest is rather short for me at 5' 9". It came in the colors as advertised. Looking crisp and good.

I love this chair. The quality is excellent for the price, and it’s especially comfortable and supportive for bigger people, which can be hard to find. Assembly was pretty easy, having a second person definitely helps, but it’s manageable on your own too. The only downside is the footrest doesn’t lock in place when not in use, so if you need to tilt or move the chair, it tends to slide out. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

What an amazing chair, I received it today - it was easy to assemble, has great structure to it, the leather looks good quality and it overall seems very sturdy. Also the cherry on top is the back massager, it works well too. Overall highly recommend.

I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming. For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc. It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year. I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up. Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside. That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future! The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform.

All bolts and washers are in a blister pack so you won't wind up with lost assembly parts during shipping: also comes with an "allen wrench" so you don't need any other tools to screw everything together . Bolts are labeled in the blister pack which correspond with the instructions . To avoid inventing new cusswords follow the instructions which are straight forward. I would recommend using 242 locktite on the bolts, it only takes a drop so don't soak the bolt. This will allow your assembly to stay tight and you don't have to over tighten the bolts that install the seat bottom and the metal plate that attaches to the seat back. 242 locktite will allow disassembly if you need to do that for some reason in the future . MY wife helped me line up the plate from the back to the seat bottom and after we finished she didn't mention divorce so I guess it went well. The seat arm bolts already have loktite on them as you will notice a blue finish on the lower threads . Nice comfortable chair with headrest pillow and vibrating lumbar cushion powered by USB plug .

I work remote and decided to splurge on a chair since I spend a lot of time sitting. My office also doubles as my crafting space so this chair would be moved back and forth for both tasks. At first I liked the chair and thought it was pretty comfortable. I don’t use the vibrating pad because the only way to turn it on is to plug it in and off is to unplug it. It was another thing to get in the way so I threw it on a shelf. The pull out foot rest doesn’t feel sturdy and I don’t use it (it wouldn’t work with the way my desk is set up anyway). I’ve had it since May of 2024 and it is starting to fall apart. The one arm has ripped fabric. The other one broke and had to be glued back together. I think the chair is also starting to lean forward because I sometimes notice the foot rest has popped out a bit and I have to push it back in. Not sure how that is happening as I don’t sit on the edge of the chair. For the amount of money I paid I thought it would be studier. I don’t think I’m rough on it. I talk on the phone all day and don’t move much. I sit on it normally (both feet on the floor). I got a basic office chair for free about ten years ago when an office bought new furniture and it’s held up better than this one. I’m not impressed and when it’s time to replace this one I will go with a different brand/style.
