I was expecting a nice, quality desk for the price. I wasn't expecting it to be THIS nice! The quality and workmanship is like nothing else. I didn't even think there were companies out there anymore that pay such close attention to detail. I'm incredibly pleased with the purchase. The height adjustment has a huge range from practically sitting on the floor to standing height for somebody who's well over 6ft tall. That's especially important because i have a bad neck and having the heights and angles adjusted perfectly keep me from having nerve pain. I already set 3 different height positions and can vary them throughout the day. The motors are quiet and smooth so they wouldn't be a distraction if you're in a busy office. The whole thing is incredibly sturdy, no wobbles, wiggles, creaks or squeaks. Beware this desk is heavy! that's what you get with such amazing build quality. This is exactly everything I wanted in a computer desk.

It’s pretty crazy how much of a difference this desk has made. I went from a 64” L shaped desk, to the Pro. Not the Pro XL. And I still had enough room for all of my stuff! Granted, I just wish this had a drawer system. But I have a side storage for whatever I couldn’t store and I added a tiny drawer to keep my desk clutter free. Overall, well worth the asking price! Motors are smooth, incredibly well made, sturdy, and the cable management/pc mounting system is the best in class. 10/10 A+ S-tier. If you sleep on it, and it is still in your brain, get it! Run, don’t walk!

Horrible Shopping Experience and Support

This is the 2nd time I've had a horrible experience with Secret Labs (first time was a trial by fire to get bolts for a chair that were missing). Initial purchase was accidentally using the wrong address, we caught it within the first 24 hours and requested a cancellation immediately with plenty of time to spare before it was suppose to be shipped. The cancellation failed / was rejected and despite knowing it was going to the wrong address they shipped it anyways. Now the return/refund is taking forever. I’ll be exploring alternatives to the desk and chairs. They lost a loyal customer, Ive owned multiples of their chair and was excited about the desk.
