I’ve never sat at my desk because I never owned a real office/gaming chair. Since I bought this, I use it consistently and feel so comfortable while sitting in it. I love the color of it. The pink is so cute and the design is sleek but not too gaudy. The material seems to be really nice, almost like a faux leather? It’s very comfortable to the touch at least. The recline ability is INCREDIBLE! I’m 5’8” and I can almost lay a full 180 degrees back in its max recline. I was also surprised that the little lumbar pillow has a massager built in. I didn’t buy it looking for that nor did I realize it before buying it, it was a nice little surprise. Though I haven’t utilized it yet. I do wish the foot rest extended a little bit more since my feet hang off the edge quite a bit when sitting upright, but I love using it to sit cross-cross in the chair so that’s a minor complaint. The cushioning is really comfortable, compared to the mesh used in similar designs of these chairs I’ve seen. The build wasn’t too bad. The instructions were a little difficult to understand for me, being someone who loves putting things together like this. Overall I’m really happy with the price and quality of this chair. Other ones on Amazon are this price up to $200. This was such a steal comparatively, plus you get pretty colors, a nice footrest, amazing recline, great back support. Edit: The customer service for this chair was BEYOND helpful. They reached out to ask what they could do to help, and I explained the situation. They let me know that it seemed to be a broken switch, which we found a way to fix. I cannot express how amazing the team behind this chair is and how willing they are to listen to you and help you! I've recommended not only the chair to people but also the brand. It really did seem to be just a fluke and they helped right away to get it replaced! So far, the chair is doing okay, even if it is disappointing in functionality. I've used it for a couple of days since assembling it and it's been comfortable during gaming, and it's been supportive in all the ways I expected! It is a bit firm, but I tend to always have cushions for chairs anyway. My biggest gripe about this chair is that the switch to keep the back from going back or staying in place does not work. At all. It's stalagmite and just there. Meaning that if I apply any pressure the back of the chair goes back with no way to stop it. I haven't seen any other complaints to this problem so maybe it's just a fluke I got it, but that also means I have no way of figuring out how to fix it. Overall, this chair is absolutely amazing! It's extremely comfortable and I'm glad I paid extra for the shipping. It was VERY easy to assemble. it took me about an hour. The instructions are very straight-forward and it comes with all tools, parts, and pieces for the chair. It even comes with some extra assembly pieces (bolts, rubber pieces, etc) in case you lose some during assembly. The massage cushion is EXTREMELY helpful after a long day of work or if you have lower-back pain in general. However, it only has one single speed. I do wish it had more than one speed. The massage cushion uses a standard USB cable. This isn't a con, but I do wish the cable was longer. If you're someone like me who can't sit still, get a USB extension cable so you can move and roll around without fear of breaking the cable or unplugging it. Also, DO NOT USE THE MASSAGE CUSHION FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AT A TIME. Trust me, it feels SO good, but if you use it for two hours like I did the first time I used it, then try to stand up, you'll get dizzy. The recline is AMAZING. it's great for taking little cat naps in my chair. There's a lever on the side, next to the height lever, that lets you lock the recline in place so you don't go back too far and it won't un-recline when locked. Do NOT recline it all the way back (eg full-horizontal chair). It will unbalance the chair and you will fall over. The footrest is the whole reason I got this over other chairs like it. The fact that you can slide it into the chair when it's not in use is extremely convenient. I do wish it could slide out a little further, but it's not a breaking point for me. Now for the only gripe I have with this chair: the bolts. The bolts will loosen up over time. I have to retighten the bolts in the armrest and footrest every week and a half. The ones on the back brace of the chair have to be retightened once every 3 weeks for me. this could be because I fidget in my chair a lot, but still, it's very inconvenient. Keep the allen/hex wrench it comes with, just in case! ... show more
