I got this chair in hopes to get a nice gaming chair that has some relaxation options. I spend a lot of time in my chair, so I wanted to get a good one. It was pretty easy to put together. Total time was less than 10 minutes. It came with a large and really easy to understand instructional poster. All in all pretty much anyone who can read can put this together. So I only really have two issues with it. These issues are not enough to reduce its star level though. It's just minor gripes more than issues. The first one is that if you're more than 5'11 and over 220 lbs then don't get this chair. I'm exactly 5'11 and 200 lbs so I can sit on this chair without issue but any more than that and you'll have problems with being too large and issues being able to balance yourself with the reclining options. The second issue is that the massage option is WEAK. It runs using a comically short USB and has very little power to massage anything. It just gives a weak vibration akin to an electric toothbrush or battery powered adult toy. If you want a massage option, get a seperate one to lay on top of the chair. For sure buy this if you want a sturdy reclining gaming chair, but skip it if you're a larger person or if you want more than a tickle of a massage. ... show more

I got this for my son amd his birthday. It looks nice. The cushions are just about right. Not too hard,not too soft. Of course I only weight 170+ and my son weighs less. It was easy to put together. Took about 30 minutes. The instructions are pretty straight forward accept for the lumbar support. It doesnt show how to connect to the seat. For reference: two bands go through the holes where the head rest is. And two go through the gap of the seat and back rest. Then connect at the back. The virbation on the lumbar support feels pretty good. I dont think he will be using it though. Its plugs in by USB. Overall I think he is going to love it! ... show more

Bought this chair as a replacement for my old one. It’s was used daily and was good for the first week or so. Then each time it was sat on you could hear plastic cracking. Can’t tell what exactly was cracking but the chair leans forward now. For the price I would expect it to last more than 2 months. Don’t waste your money! Edited to add: the hydraulic that moves the chair up and down has also stopped working. And the cracking we have now found was not plastic but whatever the seat base is made out of. It’s very thin, particle board like. At this point would give zero stars if I could. Edit: after some back and forth with the company (explaining what was wrong, sending pictures of the damage etc) they sent us a new chair! This one has been great! We have had it for about a month with zero issues. Between the customer service provided and the new chair itself I would now recommend this chair. ... show more

it looks exactly like the picture and was pretty straight forward to assemble! but there is some quality issues, after having it for about a month or two i did feel like the chair didn’t feel as sturdy anymore and the arm rests feel a little weak sometimes even tho i’ve always been very gentle with the chair and have made sure all srews were secured, overall it is very comfy and adorable but you get what you pay for and this is a slightly cheaper chair compared to other pink chairs, and that’s seen in the quality of the chair itself. I work from home as a virtual assistant so I use this chair every day for at least 8 hours. The support is nice. You absolutely need the lumbar pillow tho. I don't use the head pillow and find it just gets in the way. That was removed shortly after purchase. 4 months in, I noticed the arm rests started bowing out and are practically useless now because of how far out they are. 6 months in, I found I was having to tighten bolts and the foot rest cushion keeps falling off. The seat cushion is still going strong tho. I'm sad that at 7 months, I'll have to replace this chair because it's not longer working for all day use. ... show more

One thing to note is it’s fairly small. I’m a skinny man and fit comfortable however a larger person might find this chair too narrow.
