This chair is quite good, and I am glad I bought it. I use it daily as a desk chair and the lower back support and neck support are very handy. The support help making sitting more comfortable and less stress in those areas. The supports are adjustable to a degree and are held firmly in place by straps. The chair is well made with a good quality leather. I have not used the vibration yet but soon. The chair has good height and is sturdy. It leans back quite a bit, and it says it's not sturdy in that position and can tip over, but I put it back a bit (not all the way) and put my feet up and it felt sturdy. It does have a leg support for when you lean it back which slides from under the seat area. The leg support is the width of the seat and the depth of the seat almost. Thats very sturdy as well. I value the sturdiness and support from the lower back and neck support the most. It helps sitting more comfortably and not have a sore back or numb legs. I use this with an electric height adjustable table I just bought, they work excellent together. I highly recommend this product due to its sturdiness, features and quality.

I love this chair. The quality is excellent for the price, and it’s especially comfortable and supportive for bigger people, which can be hard to find. Assembly was pretty easy, having a second person definitely helps, but it’s manageable on your own too. The only downside is the footrest doesn’t lock in place when not in use, so if you need to tilt or move the chair, it tends to slide out. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I’ve never sat at my desk because I never owned a real office/gaming chair. Since I bought this, I use it consistently and feel so comfortable while sitting in it. I love the color of it. The pink is so cute and the design is sleek but not too gaudy. The material seems to be really nice, almost like a faux leather? It’s very comfortable to the touch at least. The recline ability is INCREDIBLE! I’m 5’8” and I can almost lay a full 180 degrees back in its max recline. I was also surprised that the little lumbar pillow has a massager built in. I didn’t buy it looking for that nor did I realize it before buying it, it was a nice little surprise. Though I haven’t utilized it yet. I do wish the foot rest extended a little bit more since my feet hang off the edge quite a bit when sitting upright, but I love using it to sit cross-cross in the chair so that’s a minor complaint. The cushioning is really comfortable, compared to the mesh used in similar designs of these chairs I’ve seen. The build wasn’t too bad. The instructions were a little difficult to understand for me, being someone who loves putting things together like this. Overall I’m really happy with the price and quality of this chair. Other ones on Amazon are this price up to $200. This was such a steal comparatively, plus you get pretty colors, a nice footrest, amazing recline, great back support. Very very happy with this chair :) I hope it lasts me a long time!

I've had this chair for a year and I use it for work. So I'm sitting in it off and on during my 8+ hour work days plus when I'm gaming. For the most part, the chair has held up. It's still comfortable, nothing is fading, etc. It was easy to put together and I've only had to tighten screws maybe once or twice over the last year. I'd say it's worth the cost since it's still holding up. Now, for my negative and it might me a me thing. If you are someone who leans on one of the arms, the cushion will eventually flatten and shift. My right arm cushion is now mostly flat and you can see that the foam inside is now pushed off center. My left arm cushion is still perfect like day 1. I'm trying to get out of the habit of leaning while I'm gaming, but there's that. And since there is no way to remove or open the fabric, you can't replace the foam inside. That's it. It's easy to clean. I use a leather cleaner every week and it's still pink as ever. My back doesn't hurt halfway into the work day and you can adjust it as high or low as you need. I haven't used the massage pillow. It's mostly just vibration and loud. Not really a massage. All in all, I would purchase again in the future! The full chair photo is from the day I put it together. The arm pics are from one year later. As I mentioned, if you lean frequently, the one you lean on the most will eventually deform.

All bolts and washers are in a blister pack so you won't wind up with lost assembly parts during shipping: also comes with an "allen wrench" so you don't need any other tools to screw everything together . Bolts are labeled in the blister pack which correspond with the instructions . To avoid inventing new cusswords follow the instructions which are straight forward. I would recommend using 242 locktite on the bolts, it only takes a drop so don't soak the bolt. This will allow your assembly to stay tight and you don't have to over tighten the bolts that install the seat bottom and the metal plate that attaches to the seat back. 242 locktite will allow disassembly if you need to do that for some reason in the future . MY wife helped me line up the plate from the back to the seat bottom and after we finished she didn't mention divorce so I guess it went well. The seat arm bolts already have loktite on them as you will notice a blue finish on the lower threads . Nice comfortable chair with headrest pillow and vibrating lumbar cushion powered by USB plug .
