I bought this chair almost 2 years ago. It was comfortable and easy to put together. I didn't really think too much more about it because, it's a chair. You sit in it. If there's nothing wrong, you just keep sitting. What has really impressed me is, a part recently got broken and lost in a move. I reached out to the seller to see if a replacement part could be had. Easy to put together. Lasted 9 months before the recline part (which was used maybe 10 times) wore out. Now as soon as you lean back, it just flops back. The rest of the chair (looks, material, heater, etc) are still working fine. *Edit* Was contacted by the manufacturer. They provided a suggestion w/pic on how to correct the issue. I made the adjustment and has been working fine since (approx a week). So, issue still happened but they were extremely quick and responsive. Even with the correction, they still offered a refund if I wanted to keep the product after fixing it. Changed my rating to 4 stars because it still had the issue but as of right now, would def recommend them just for customer service alone. ... show more

Just received it today, setting up took me about 1/2 hour. Instructions were pretty clear, labelled, etc. I like that they include extra screws etc. I'm a bigger guy. The seat feels especially strong, and made for someone like me. Plenty of room, good controls, Haven't tried the massager, or foot rest yet, altho probably won't use those much. I got the purple one, looks good. We will see how it goes over time, who knows, but first impressions are very good. ... show more

I work remote and decided to splurge on a chair since I spend a lot of time sitting. My office also doubles as my crafting space so this chair would be moved back and forth for both tasks. At first I liked the chair and thought it was pretty comfortable. I don’t use the vibrating pad because the only way to turn it on is to plug it in and off is to unplug it. It was another thing to get in the way so I threw it on a shelf. The pull out foot rest doesn’t feel sturdy and I don’t use it (it wouldn’t work with the way my desk is set up anyway). I’ve had it since May of 2024 and it is starting to fall apart. The one arm has ripped fabric. The other one broke and had to be glued back together. I think the chair is also starting to lean forward because I sometimes notice the foot rest has popped out a bit and I have to push it back in. Not sure how that is happening as I don’t sit on the edge of the chair. For the amount of money I paid I thought it would be studier. I don’t think I’m rough on it. I talk on the phone all day and don’t move much. I sit on it normally (both feet on the floor). I got a basic office chair for free about ten years ago when an office bought new furniture and it’s held up better than this one. I’m not impressed and when it’s time to replace this one I will go with a different brand/style. ... show more

    • No tools required , comes with the chair assembly parts which are in a blister pack

All bolts and washers are in a blister pack so you won't wind up with lost assembly parts during shipping: also comes with an "allen wrench" so you don't need any other tools to screw everything together . Bolts are labeled in the blister pack which correspond with the instructions . To avoid inventing new cusswords follow the instructions which are straight forward. I would recommend using 242 locktite on the bolts, it only takes a drop so don't soak the bolt. This will allow your assembly to stay tight and you don't have to over tighten the bolts that install the seat bottom and the metal plate that attaches to the seat back. 242 locktite will allow disassembly if you need to do that for some reason in the future . MY wife helped me line up the plate from the back to the seat bottom and after we finished she didn't mention divorce so I guess it went well. The seat arm bolts already have loktite on them as you will notice a blue finish on the lower threads . Nice comfortable chair with headrest pillow and vibrating lumbar cushion powered by USB plug . ... show more
