I've had this chair for a year now and it still holds up so well. It goes back and has a foot rest so you can relax while at your desk watching stuff with friends. The height adjustment is great so I can lower it when I have to tuck it under my desk while im away. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't absurdly expensive either.. And the customer service is Exceptional. I remember it got shipped to the wrong location and the sellers were so patient and helpful and sent me another free of charge. they will help you get it.

I'll try to bullet point and then make a small statement to keep this organized 1. This chair is for my girlfriend for Christmas so we can game together. 2. People who complained about the arm rests being loose probably put this together incorrectly. I had no issues with wide, or loose arm rests. 3. I don't know why cushioning is an average negative. I weigh 205 pounds, slim athletic build I sat in this chair after putting it together and it seems plenty fine soft but firm at the same time. 4. The leather or Pleather whichever material it is, smooth, clean stitching is done well. 5. The up-down adjustment is your typical average adjustment, the lean back and lean forward is smooth control (push the lever down to lock, pull up to unlock). 6. Wheels roll very smooth across hardwood floor and my carpeted room, good rolling wheels is always a plus. 7. Instructions are simple, and straight forward as well as all nuts and bolts being labeled correctly. It took me about an hour taking my time if that to put it all together. 8. I will do a 6-month review (if I remember) and post with photos to show how material has held up) It will more than likely hold up fine as its only going to be used for small amounts of time 2-3 days a week my guess. Statement, if you are not a hand on put it together type of person, please find someone who is as it will save a lot of aggravation. Let me touch on the arm rests as I almost did not buy this seeing the photos of the arms not being tight. It looked so bad but after putting this together its very sturdy, but you have to put it together CORRECTLY!!! I got this on sale for 101.xx and honestly if you go to any retail store this chair is worth 200 with a lumbar massager, a very nice neck pillow for posture and a footrest. It's very comfy too, so the cushion for me passes my expectations. I'm not a professional gamer nor do I plan to be, but I play steam games, work in google sheets/ Microsoft products so I'm in a gaming chair all day as office chairs just do it for me. Hopefully this helps people with decisions and i will add photos at some point. Thanks for reading!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chair and within the first 2 months it started falling apart. The back rest and seat cushion both had the core structure pieces poking through the cushion causing lots of back pain and very uncomfortable. The arm rests became unstable as well. Within the first 6 months of having the item the arm rest had fallen off, and the cushions were coming apart. I reached out to the seller to request a refund and was advised no refund could be offered however they could honor the warranty purchased with the chair by sending me replacement pieces. They sent the bottom cushion to me without any tools/devices to put the cushion together, and while waiting for this piece to arrive the right armrest completely fell off. I reached out to seller again to replace the back rest and right arm rest and request the required tool to put the pieces together. The seller advised they would send the tracking info ASAP. 10 DAYS goes by and I hear nothing. I finally reached out to check the status of this item and was advised that they are unable to fulfill my order due to lack of inventory, and they would not be able to refund me for the chair either. In addition to that, they advise they don’t know when the inventory issue will be resolved or when they will be able to provide me with the replacement parts. I requested a refund again due to them not being able to fulfill the warranty I paid for, or replace my chair and they refuse. Not only is the chair bad quality and falls apart, but they also have terrible customer service, lack of follow up, and will refuse to refund you even though they can’t provide you with the tools and replacement parts that you paid for! If you are considering this item, DONT! Take your business to a different seller with better quality items!

I had really high expectations for what sounded like the perfect chair. Unfortunately it did not meet expectations. The armrests aren't adjustable. The airlift doesn't function properly - it sinks when I sit down half the time. The "massager" lumbar support isn't really a massager, it just vibrates. Not what I imagined from the description. The footrest doesn't come out easily and is very difficult to put back into place. After sitting in it for ten minutes, I already had to adjust the head rest and lumbar pillows multiple times, they did not want to stay in place. Overall pretty disappointed.
