Alright, so here is my initial review thus far. Took roughly 1 hrs 20 minutes from unboxing to assembly. All pieces (screws and tools) are included. There are even extra screws in case some are missing. Components seem to be sturdy/hefty and decent quality. There was a weird stain on the chair, but it's cosmetic and not a huge issue. Plus, it's hidden by the lumbar support. Assembly guide is very detailed. Look over before assembly. This can be assembled with one person, but 2 people could speed things up. The hardest part of the assembly was connecting the back to the base, and the arm rests. This is where having 2 people can be handy. As reviews stated, the arm rests have to be perfectly aligned. Otherwise, the arm rests will wobble. Additionally, I did have a screw that did not want to fully go in when working on the arm rests. I had to switch it out with a different screw and placed the old screw it in a separate hole for the process, and it went in just fine. After assembly was finished, I tried it out and can say the chair is quite comfy. Reclines easily, and if you don't want it to recline, you can lock it into place. Overall, it's a good budget gaming chair.

I absolutely love this chair. Have had it for almost a year now and have used it daily for work and play. It is very comfortable and looks amazing. The value is fantastic, quality is great, size is perfect for me(average male - 5'9" - 165lbs) and it's very stable on the 5 wheel base. The only issue I have had is with the armrests wearing out and cracking. However, they offer a full 1 year warranty and are absolutely fantastic about taking care of their customers. They have replaced both armrests for me and my chair is basically brand new again. Highly recommend not only this chair but also this company! Thank you!

Got this chair to replace my old chair of 15 years that broke down after years of wear and tear. Assembly was easy and quick (45 minutes at most). By far the most comfy chair i've had in years. Love the reclining feature and the foot rest is a game changer as it allows me to recline better and sit upright with my legs crossed on it. The cushions are firm but great with the lumbar pillow helping my sore back and hip. Now I can game and read books at my desk with comfort. Absolutely would recommend if on sale.

My only complaints so far are, the hardware was previously opened or something so it was all mixed up, hard to find what bolt I needed, it goes together pretty easy though. And it’s not as comfortable as I thought it’d be, very firm, but that’s alright maybe it’ll break in. Rolls fine, the pillows are nice and the bottom pillow support feels great on your lower back, especially when laying down. Good size for a medium person and it’s pretty heavy and sturdy. I have had this chair for 9 months now. It is really comfortable for long hours—whether I’m working from home or gaming. The lumbar and headrest actually help, and the footrest is a nice bonus. The size is perfect—not too big or too small—even for a bigger person. The tilt and recline features are excellent; it leans back far enough that I could nap in it without issue. It feels very sturdy too, nothing cheap or wobbly about it. I went with the white and black option, it's sharp and the colors look great in my gaming office. I did run into a couple of small issues recently, (backrest connection, then later the armrest fabric tearing—probably just from daily use or possibly from an imperfect setup on my end). I emailed the company both times, they advised it was still under a 1 year warranty and they instantly sent me replacement parts through UPS, free of charge. Shipping was quick too—each part arrived within about a week. I never waited more than half a day for a reply, even with the time difference. Now the chair feels brand new again, and honestly the customer service alone sold me on this brand. Great product, affordable price, sturdy build, and people who actually stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend.
