Liked the color, size, construction. However... Arrived with a tiny cut in the fabric which we mended with a bit of fabric glue. No big deal. But! We had a brief, unexpected, light snowstorm one night, and we woke up to a collapsed umbrella. One of the supporting ribs had broken off from the main pole causing the top of the umbrella to tip over. The rest of the ribs were fine, so we wonder if the one that broke was an anomaly, perhaps faulty to begin with. (The snow that fell was very light...only about 1/4" or so...not enough to cause a heavy-duty umbrella to break.) So, Amazon kindly accepted our return (Thank you, Amazon!), and we promptly ordered a new umbrella, this time, upgrading to the sturdier model, just in case. My husband and I really like these Jeary umbrellas. They come in a variety of sizes and colors, and are well-constructed. We know they are not meant to stay up during snowstorms, though!

It's alright but the plastic stick came cracked and item looked used. I was expecting the rod the be metal for this price. It is a beautiful umbrella, however.

This 10ft offset cantilever umbrella was perfect for providing shade for a patio set accommodating 4 to 6 people. Very pleased with the quality and price was very reasonable. Assembly took less than 30 mins. The umbrella is very sturdy in light breeze with only water filled 4pc base purchased separately.

Worked fine for 1 summer, stored in garage over winter, then early the next summer handle is wonky as hell. Still works but it creaks and wiggles terribly. Contacted them for a handle replacement and was offered a 15$ credit. Dumb. I declined. Replacing with a Purple Leaf umbrella, what a waste.

The media could not be loaded. I took off one star, as we have had other umbrellas from this company which are much sturdier. This specific one was about $150 cheaper, so I guess that is why but it does make us a little nervous when the wind blows that it will fall down. Otherwise this is a fabulous umbrella for the price point. It was extremely easy to put together, maybe took 10 minutes to fully equip. It did come with a slight mark on the fabric, but with some simple green it washed off in less than a minute. It provides a ton of shade, especially in the right time of day, and it is very attractive in our backyard! You can adjust the height/angle of the umbrella with the holes on the backside and swivel the umbrella using a step release. You HAVE to have a weighted base with this umbrella, so when buying this, add one to your cart. We just used filled sand bags to save some money in the meantime, but they do have very attractive ones that fit perfectly with their umbrella. We are happy with the price point, quality, and adjustments you can make to this umbrella.
