I had worn prescription hearing aids for 8 years and needed new ones and decided to try these. I am very pleased. The delivery said it would require a signature but they just left them which was concerning. Also, after purchase found AARP sells them for less and Amazon does not match price even for seniors on products where purchase is majority serving seniors. The wire shape was wrong for my aunt's ears and the bud keeps popping out of the ear canals. Online support refused to answer questions without a bunch of authentication which I did not have. I will not buy any Jabra products again.

I bought these as a backup to my $4000 hearing aids and these are just as good. They were programmed to my particular hearing disability. They work great from the APP. The only issue I have is the left hearing aid keeps falling out, and they are so light I hardly notice. The sound is amazing especially through Bluetooth. I'll keep playing with the ear domes to see if that helps the falling out issue.

I bought these because they are android compatible. I did need a phone that is ASHA compatible for that to work correctly. I have a Pixel and it works well with them. The only problems I have is that bluetooth audio can be a little tinny, usually only noticed when someone is talking, and that sometimes one will stop playing the bluetooth audio, buy simply turning BT off and the back on solves that. ... show more

We ended up not being able to use these because we needed a pair that was for profoundly deaf and these didn't fit that bill unfortunately. The way the customer service is set up is very interesting in that they help you with every aspect of their hearing aids. You call a number and discuss everything with them and they will go over the setup and making sure that they work for you and the continuation. Etc it's quite detailed.
