Size wise PERFECT, discreet. BUT right upon opening the package they were ON and WHISTLING SCREECHING straight out the box. No matter what setting i tried which is really difficult getting the volume up /down - they just would not stop SCREECHING and all u hear is eching all these did were amplify MY OWN voice as if i were on a mic with echos and the SCREECHING JUST WOULD NOT STOP. Huge disappointment as the fit was perfect!

These hearing AIDS are very valuable and excellent! My grandmother was able to hear and talk to us after years of hearing impairment! My grandmother says it's comfortable to wear them even for a long time, and I appreciate that! Quality products and high value!

I have contacted the Vendor several times for detailed guidance how to better understand and use the mode and volume selections of both the hearing aid units. As such, if no step by step information is provided for use of the product, they must be returned as unusable. Thank you.

These HA's fit deeply in my ears and seemed to have decent sound quality and amplification. I ended up returning them because they were very uncomfortable to wear ( the pull string dug into my ear) and I could not get to the button to change volume and programs while wearing (button too low and close to pull string. I would be happy to try a model with a different physical configuration.
