I wasn’t impressed with this vacuum. Compared to an older vacuum I have it seemed cheaply made and the metal hose was thin in comparison. I’ve been trying to find a vacuum that is light weight, will give me the suction of a standard plug-in vacuum, a rotating head that will allow me to get under furniture and pick up dust bunnies as well has collected dog hair, and a durable quality rotating head to clean my area rugs.     • Very good little machine .
This is my second I5 Inse stick vacuum cleaner . This little machine is not perfect but it is affordable and very easy to use . I worked for years in a vacuum cleaner repair shop , fixing from high end commercial vacuum cleaners to affordable little things like this one . Of course , the I5 Stick is a hard floor tool , not intended for carpet cleaning or heavy duty so if you use it that way , you shouldn't have any problems , the cord is long and thin and if you are right handed , keep the cord in front of you , holding it with your left hand so it doesn't get in the way . The noise is very low due to the foam wrapping around the motor but this will eventually get clogged with dust causing the motor to overheat so it's not a bad idea to have it removed albeit the noise level may go up a notch . The head is basically useless , instead of wheels , it comes with some sort of brush that pushes dirt in front of it keeping the head from catching it ( EZ Spares has a 10" grey and blue little head which fits the machine perfectly ) at least that's what I put in each of mine . Unfortunately the tabs that hold in place the release of the dust bin lid of the second machine that I purchased came broken from the factory ( it probably cracked during assembly ) but these people have a very fast , responsive and courteous customer service and they refunded my money with no hesitation . On a personal note , I have to thank Sandy , from Inse Customer Service , who handled my claim so gracefully and helped me with the refunding process . I would recommend this product to anyone with hard floors . ... show more

    • Perfect to hold the vacuum.
I bought two they sit side by side with the plug in the middle. They hold the vacuum upright in a small space. The vacuum doesn’t fall over. Highly recommend.

    • No suction and motor got really hot
I was disappointed in this vacuum. It had little to no suction even had to go over the floor 3 times and still didn’t pick it up. Also after maybe 4-5 minutes the motor end started getting really hot to the touch and started to smell hot. Do not recommend

This vacuum exceeded my expectations. I had always been hesitant to try this type, as I thought it would be awkwardly heavy. To my surprise, I was wrong. I used this on carpet, tile, and rugs. It works well and is very light to use. I got it to use it for my stairs but ended up using it for the whole house. Its was very easy to get all pieces together. The cup where first collects is transparent so come to know easily that the vacuum does a good job as it was full of dirt. It’s not loud and has long cable. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this vacuum for a smaller room ,it very lightly ,and easy lift clean curtain ,Its power better than 15.you don’t need put another brush on main hole if u also can’t let them stay on .

    • Great for the price
This is great for my little studio apartment, but I wouldn’t recommend it for much bigger than maybe a one or two bedroom home. Pros - Suction is decent. It’s not too heavy. It can tolerate cleaning tiles, rugs and baby play mats. No worries about it dying because it plugs into the wall. Does have a decent holding capacity - but again, I am in a studio apartment so there’s not much to suck up other than cat fur and dirt. Cons- doesn’t pick up anything bigger than about a quarter inch. Suction does miss some things, and you have to go over the same spot once or twice slowly to ensure it gets it all. The little holder for the extra two end bits doesn’t stay on. There doesn’t seem to be a stand to keep it upright, and because of that the bottom will slide out from under it when set against something. Overall, I can’t complain. It doesn’t feel cheap, it works as described. Just a few little annoying things that aren’t really an issue unless you’re trying to clean a large house ... show more
