For the price of $83.00 it's ok, the instructions are not that good no toll free customer service number included. I purchased the insurance because I reside in Illinois and we get heavy snow. You will definitely need two installers, you will also need some clean silicone caulk . After I assembled both awning I observed a gap at the top, will cover it with flexable rubber gray molding. ... show more
