This hoop was roughly 50-100 dollars cheaper than a name brand option, and it’s great! It was not complicated to put together. The instructions were very clear. The quality of the parts are top notch. The backboard raises and lowers with ease. I bought the 43” backboard because I’m in a heavy wind environment and I didn’t want it to be a huge focal point of my house, the backboard doesn’t look small as I read in some comments. I’m happy with the small backboard option I selected. The hole in the base was a good enough size too add sand as quick as relatively possible. The basketball hoop seems to be good quality with a nice structure and wheels. It was very easy to put together and my kids have no problem using the hand crank to adjust the height.

So I had troubles at first, with getting it together. But after finding the problem, its up and ready to go. We have not really used it yet (hence the 4 stars) that and it's not as sturdy as he previous one, but if I need to add to this I will. Let's hope I don't, lol.

Works very well. It’s not too difficult to build as long as two people are doing it together. Don’t try to move the fully assembled goal until the base is filled with later or sand. It is very sturdy as it also withstood a recent major rainstorm in New York.
