At 81, I have mild hearing loss, and have had for several years, but have put off doing anything about it. In part, this was because my father-in-law had such a terrible time with his hearing aids, and over ten years (from age 92 to 102) he had nothing but unhappy experiences, and went through three VERY expensive,--supposedly top notch--prescribed devices. There IS a learning curve involved, which proves more difficult the older you are. That's why, when I realized conversations in restaurants, were proving more and more difficult--as were noisy rehearsals with my chamber music group, that I needed to do something about it. I kept hearing about all the wonderful new products available on Amazon and other on-line sites for a fraction of what good hearing aids once sold for. I spent about a week researching various options before settling on the iBstone K21 model. I received it a few days ago and couldn't be more pleased with it. For starters, I have very small ear canals and find any and all ear buds for listening to music or cancelling noise impossibly uncomfortable. Nor will they stay in place. Would you believe, the first day I wore these hearing aids (after fooling around with them quite a bit). I was able to wear them for four hours or more, with no discomfort at all and not even noticing them there. I am SO stoked. Whatever questions I've had have been answered immediately by their excellent customer service people (thank you so much, Ina Totally positive purchase!!!

Received today. Working fine right out of the box. No squeeling. Comfortable fit, easy to adjust with touch controls. Hardly notice any physical feeling in ears. They merely turn up volume on all sounds including voices. They have a slight background hiss when in quiet environment, but that seems to dampen my tinnitus. They are basically hearing amplifiers. Worth the $199. in my opinion.

The media could not be loaded. After purchasing these from Amazon and reading the information that came with them I realized I had purchased a little piece of Heaven. For as sure as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West you can be sure this company will back up what they claim. The K21 that they have launched is a complete improvement of the prior launch and it was one of the best for its time. The K21 is an upgrade that requires no tools for any adjustment. Just charge, clean and wear. All adjustments are made with your fingers- That’s why I say the magic touch! If you need any help you can contact their support team. They are very helpful and courteous.

The K-21 model is an upgrade for me from the K-18 which I was very pleased with. There are a lot of new features, and I'm still exploring and experimenting which ones suit my needs best. Overall, I'm very pleased with iBstone products. Their customer service is outstanding. They are very quick to respond, and I've had no trouble getting a replacement if needed.

I have the K18’s which have worked well for me. When one failed near the end of the 1 year warranty period, the company was right on it with a replacement. My K18’s are working fine after 1 1/2 years, but when I replace them the new model with the US chips, auto-on and recharging case (like Air Pods) will be my choice.
