I bought these for my 76 year old mother and they are AMAZING! She was reluctant to wear ANY hearing aids because 1. She doesn't mind watching TV on full volume (everyone else around her does). 2. She doesn't mind saying "WHAT?!" to people over and over again (everyone else does). 3. She didn't like the look of them. The tan color that most hearing aids come in, made her feel old. I couldn't afford to buy her hearing aids for thousands of dollars so I did a lot of research and came across these. The whole family tried these out yesterday because it was SHOCKING how well these work! I had to keep the volume low for me because the sound was so enhanced. These are also very cool looking & comfortable! My mom is super greatful, as is the whole family! Amazing quality product!

Easy to setup and lightweight. Volume adjustment can be a little sticky but I’m sure it’ll be easier with some use. The sound is clear but I felt it was a little sharp (first time using a hearing aid, so maybe I just need to fine tune the volume). It came with 2 cleaning brushes, 4 different size ear buds, 2 hearing aids, 1 charger, 1 usb charging cable and a case. Overall, this works great at a great price.

Purchased for my mom who paid big money for hearing aids many yrs ago and did not want to do that again since technology now has improved for these yrs later and I even tried them and they work just as good as her original high cost ones. These are a life saver and money saver. No difference between 5k hearing aids and 69.00 ones as far as doing the same exact thing. Thank goodness for this product. Nice and easy fit with the longer wire also.

I bought these earplugs as fallback while my hearing aids are being repaired. The earplugs do not fit so it's wasted money Ear plugs cost pennies if that Why weren't two or three sizes included?

This is an excellent Aid for seniors.. many others have claimed that they work well with seniors but in practice they don’t .. I have purchased several Aids that make this claim over the years but they simple are to complicated for most elderly people. I purchase this one for my mother after years of unsuccessful attempts to find one that she can operate… I bought her this one and she is singing praise on how easy it is to operate and charge…the only thing is I wish it had a longer charging cable… I purchase her one so that she do not have to bend down to charge the device
