    • Fantastic! Love the Design!

I tried a Used item the first time around. It looked "brand new" but there must have been issues with malformed threads at every connection point - because it leaked from every one of them. Even after 3 installation attempts. Normally, 99.999% of the time "used" items from Amazon Warehouse work great for me. I have no fear buying them. But it simply did not work this time. What to do? I loved the style of this setup for many reasons: 1) Adjustable arm support for the hand sprayer. 2) The heads on both sprayers are large enough without being overwhelming. 3) I was hoping the hand sprayer's hose would be the soft, pliable kind - it is! 4) I liked the hand sprayer being stored lower on the wall (more easily-reached) than stuck off to the side of the main spray head. Those just look like an odd add-on, to me. So after looking again through all my choices at Amazon, I decided to give this one another go. This time, I ordered New. Installation was all of 15 minutes. And not a leak in sight! It's beautiful. Everything is articulated - the main shower head, the long support arm, and the gripper that the hand shower sits in. I think the hose is long enough, too. Although everything is plastic, this seems to be well-made. No thin parts that I can detect. Both sprayers offer different spray patterns. You select between the two by a rotating dial lever on the left side of the connection at the top of the long support arm. Well done!! All-in-all, I am VERY pleased! ... show more

    • HEAVEN!!!

This shower head had been on my radar for a while, just never got around to taking the plunge. I mean, how much difference could a shower head make? Let me tell YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! Honestly want to live in my shower now. The pressure, the settings, the aesthetics are all perfect. The handheld is lightweight so am not so worried if accidentally drop it on my foot. You can use the main and handheld in tandem or individually depending on your preference and it was SOOO EASY to install. I installed it in less than 10 minutes and that includes the time it took me to find my pliers. Mine had no leaks except where the shower head screws on. I just put the extra washer in and re-attached and problem was solved! No plumbers tape needed. Just be sure to clean the threads on the old pipe before attaching the new apparatus so it fits snuggly. Ten ten would buy again. I’m gonna go take another shower now... ... show more

    • Will use it until it breaks!

The money paid, and the quality of the product are on par with what you should be expecting. I did quite a bit of comparisons before settling on trying this unit. I am not disappointed; but cannot give it five stars. Suction power: ??? I rated this five, but this is a bad tag. It should just say pressure/power or flow. It comes with flow regulators. You can remove them. I presume most homeowners do. If not, you should consider it. I'm not confident reducing water flow saves water. You need water to wash the soap off right? so low pressure makes this take longer, thus, using the same if not more water. Anyways, removing the regulators was easy, and resulted in plenty of pressure. Value for money: its there! but be aware that even with a metal hose, the unit itself it entirely plastic. The entire assembly is plastic. You can feel how non-rugged it is, but then again, its a shower head, so its not meant to be swung on like a monkey. We've dropped the hand sprayer and/or removed/replaced it to the hanging bracket with more force than desirable more than once and nothing has broken, so we will see how much life it has in it. I would probably buy this again, I jsut wish it was truly all stainless. I'd pay more for an all metal version. ... show more

    • Buy it, it’s definitely worth it.
Color: Chrome
We have only had it installed for a week but so far it has excellent spray. It switches smoothly between different heads. The hand held has a great spray too. It is a nice size. I Love the whole set up. I am short but with how this is designed, I can actually reach the switch for the heads. It is just a nice dual shower head especially for the price. I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

    • Makes showering a very pleasurable experience.
Color: Chrome
Nothing I don't like about this shower head. Our heights range from 5 foot 8 inches to 6 foot one inches, so when we had our shower installed, the contractor put it up at a bit higher level for us. I have a 6 1/2 foot spa tub and just had a regular? shower head that controlled the water flow so well, that you could only rinse one part of your body at a time. Because I have a fully tiled bathroom, with such little water pressure, the tub area was never warm in winter and my showers were always pretty fast.. The other shower heads with hand held shower, the hand held had to be inserted at the very top of the shower and most came in only 5 feet length. This is 6 full feet and as you can see in the listing, it attached securely at a drop down lower level, which is great. The different settings are freakin fabulous and I have water pressure like I never had before.. I'm always warm and comfortable when using this. Also, due to the length of the hose? I can now rinse my tub walls and curtains, which makes clean up easy as pie. By the way, it is attractive, too! And you can use one head or both heads at the same time. Makes my back and neck feel great. ... show more

    • Nice shower combo, but it has issues..
Color: Chrome
This shower combo is great, it has high pressure which I didn't know when I bought it, my wife told me she only wants high pressure shower heads from now on.. the sprayer is great for the kids & pets.. I love the head selection function.. this is all great, but listen, this thing leaks out of almost every place water could leak on it, despite how well you seal it.. the leak is not a big deal for me, but it's aggravating to see every time i take a shower.. Also this shower combo is plastic, the main shower head is plastic and the shower head fitting is plastic and stiff to the point is takes good effort to move the shower head around, but don't move it to much or the plastic fitting will break leaving you with a useless shower head, which will need to be replaced with a different shower head.. this happed to me.. ... show more

    • Good shower head for the price.
Color: Chrome
I really like the shower head for the price, but I wish it had more adjustments. It’s a bit difficult to change settings without the whole thing moving and I get scared it’s going to come loose and start leaking. Also, I’m short and it’s difficult to reach to change it, but that is on me lol. At least I can reach the detachable head ;). That being said, OMG, it naves taking a shower so enjoyable compared to my old shower head. I didn’t know what I was missing. I went from a jump in, jump out person to an oh yeah this is the stuff person! We liked it so much so that we bought one for our second bathroom. ... show more
