I got this shower massager for an older couple I've been helping so they can stay in their home. This was a great solution so they could stay seated on a shower bench and get an all-over clean. It was easy to assemble, easy to install (no leaks at all), and it works great! For elderly people, I think this is an essential safety item. The water stream was more robust than the old shower head, so there was an improvement in water flow with this. All in all, very nice!

I bought this shower head as a replacement for one I had in my master bath. Besides being very easy to install it had a great deal of force when I took my first shower. I'm a guy who loves hot showers and I love it when my whole body is being covered in water as I shower. This shower head provided great coverage and one of the settings massaged my body while at the same time covered my entire body with water. Great product for the price. Yes, I highly recommend this shower head.

Great product for the price. Few different settings, with one being some kind of mist, that i haven't really figured out a use for. I mainly use 2 settings, one rain style to get wet, and one pressure to rinse. Comes with hose and mount. So far everything works fine, no leaks and good spray. For the money, can't beat it.

When we first got this shower head we were thrilled with how great it looked, how easy it was to install and how much better the water pressure was compared to our previous shower head. Sadly, the thrill was short-lived. We frequently experience the connection as the base of the hand shower wand leaking and it has to be tightened regularly. The worst part is that the metal spiral of the hose has also come undone after about 2 months of use. This directly affects the water pressure because the hose line gets pinched if the hand shower is removed from the handle at all. I’m not seeing a way to contact the seller to at least get a hose replacement… I guess you get what you pay for! UPDATE: After some trial and error with Amazon customer service, I was able to send a message to the seller requesting a replacement hose. Because the item has a one year warranty, the seller was quick to respond and replaced the hose without issue. I received the new hose quickly and now the shower setup works great again. I just hope it lasts this time!
