Overall, I like the shower head and the multiple settings on the wand. You will likely need more thread tape for the installation. Below is a list of pros and cons. Please read them before buying as it may change your mind! Pros: - Flow of the product is great for both the shower head and the handheld. - Several articulation points to set it where you need it, is a plus. Cons: - Harder install due to several leaks encountered during installation. - The black paint/wrap can come off when installing even if careful. - Handheld holder does not fit the handheld. It's a very snug fit, it gets pushed back out and falls. I couldn't get it to hold it so I chose to not install this part. Love this shower head, loved it so much I had to take it with me when I moved into a new home, there are a couple of times where I would have to fiddle with the water nipples to get it to spray straight but other than that I personally have had no problem with it at at all, easy to switch from one shower head to another, make me feel like I’m standing outside in the Amazon rain, love it! ... show more

Great upgrade for quick and cheap. But cheap is definitely what you pay for. Feels like it could break into a million pieces if you dropped it. Also when you tighten it with a tool you strip paint off or if you don't tighten it leaks. The handheld is great, the mount sucks. Fell off the wall the very next day, doesn't stick at all. Had to come up with a different way to get it to stay and it involved glue and tape. Not impressed by that part. But it upgraded my shower and made it look good with the remodel I did as well. ... show more

Can't say on durability yet. Absolutely worth it. I have a small shower so it let's me have space unlike normal shower heads. It does with everything you need, including tephlon tape. It's not super clear on instructions. It has a pressure regulator but it doesn't say where to put it. Worth the price and looks very nice. ... show more

Probably one of the best showers ive ever taken thanks to this shower head. Only downside was the mount for the shower extension. Sticky pad sucked. The shower was easy to install- I did it, lol. I did have a few leaks, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by using the washers and tape. My only issue is that the mount fell of the wall and now I'm gonna have to get a new one, not sure if the mount is the problem or I am.
