Really nice sturdy shelves and I like the included stoppers so I don't accidentally push my consoles so far back that they fall out the back of the rack. The main selling point for me is that it attaches to all four posts for added stability for the entire rack in general.

Its hard to find rack shelves without the lip. The lip does add a bit of strength but these definitely do NOT need any more strength, they are rock solid for what they are. The lip can get in the way of cables and make stuff not fit. They are also perfectly packed for shipping! ( like you could throw the box down 2 flights of stairs and the contents would not be damaged). Kudos Tecmojo!! Very happy I found these lil gems. I highly recommend. Love the added rack screws, stops, and cable ties. Its nice to see quality products come from overseas!

I wasn’t sure how well these would work, ordered them any way. They sat for a couple weeks deciding what I was going to do, I went ahead and installed them and you want to talk about being sturdy, they don’t move at all. The fit is excellent and they work perfectly. The instructions were a little funky but understandable.

I had a lot of trouble finding lipless rack shelves (either in front or the rear of the shelf). This shelf is lipless in both the front and rear of the shelf, which minimizes the risk of blocking access to any equipment (for example plugging in cables). As such, the structural integrity of the shelf is not quite as robust and the metal does seem on the thinner side. But for basic network equipment (switches) this was fine for my purpose, but there is some slight bowing although once installed on the rack frame it isn't quite as noticeable. It also includes great little extras like the anti-slip stops as well as a bunch of velcro cable ties. Otherwise great option for lipless shelves and well priced for a two-pack set.

I use these to keep some non-rack gear on my rack. I got two, and ended up using one in front of my rack, and one behind. On the one front-facing, I use it to hold a keyboard and mouse, KVM switch, and a smaller LCD monitor (which I'd considered finding a rack mount for) so I can access the servers on the rack (and from there SSH or whatever to other things). On the one rear-facing, I use it to hold a couple non-rack network switches and routers, and to hold my non-rack UPSs so they're not on the ground. The holes in the surface of the shelf helped in an unexpected way as I am able to zip-tie the routers and switches to the rack, letting them hang underneath, while the UPSs and the device PSUs rest on the top. I could zip-tie the PSU bricks under the shelf with the routers, but I have enough space that I don't need to. This allowed me to move all of that equipment from resting on top of the rack-mounted server on which it rested previously, I'm sure pushing the limits of that server's rails. The racks are cantilevered, and don't have enough extension to reach through the depth of my rack for some additional support, but they're solid and strong enough to hold three heavy 1500VA UPSs and a bunch of lighter gear.
